    Featuring - Dr Arvind Bhateja
In today’s episode of Figuring Out, Dr. Arvind Bhateja, a lead neurosurgeon at Sparsh Hospital and founder of ‘Giving Back’, joins Raj Shamani to discuss pressing brain health issues. They delve into the rise of spine problems in young people due to poor sitting posture and how to correct them, the impact of sleep quality on brain health, and the underlying causes of diseases like Alzheimer's. The conversation covers strategies to enhance sleep quality, the effects of alcohol, smoking, and weed on the brain, and a ranking of the worst drinks for brain health. Dr. Bhateja also shares insights on modulating dopamine and serotonin levels and acetylcholine naturally and highlights the increasing prevalence of chronic diseases. They explore brain-boosting foods, the development and prevention of Parkinson's and dementia, and the importance of brain scans. The episode concludes with a discussion on when to consider a brain scan after an accident, the mechanisms of brain haemorrhage, the impact of childhood mental trauma on the brain, and the future of neuralink technology.

Extreme physical activity or intense exercise will put you to sleep very fast when you go to bed.

Also meditate for 15-20 minutes before bed. It will relax and calm you down and you'll sleep like a baby. I am someone who has a very active mind and can't fall asleep quickly so I read some fiction book before bed and after I meditate for 15, 20 minutes
      It's a game changer
Also don't use your phone before bed

Don't act cool... kiddo.. when I was preparing.now in NRH ..there was no social media hype..we never used to waste time on social media..try to avoid wasting time in other things rather than sleep!

Im also a neet ug aspirant but i manage to sleep for atleast 7hrs
Because my brain doesn't work when i revise or whatsoever if my sleep is not proper
So I believe that efficiency is more important than the time input
