Extreme physical activity or intense exercise will put you to sleep very fast when you go to bed.
exactly! just don't have caffeine after 3 PM
Also meditate for 15-20 minutes before bed. It will relax and calm you down and you'll sleep like a baby. I am someone who has a very active mind and can't fall asleep quickly so I read some fiction book before bed and after I meditate for 15, 20 minutes
It's a game changer
Also don't use your phone before bed
@@fahadkhan6504 I also do 20 ,25 minutes of meditation before sleep. It works really.
Yeah after I start exercising I slept more than usual
how much sleep?
Me: 5 minutes more
watching this at 3am
I am totally opposite. currently I am preparing for Neet ug and because my exams are nearby, I only take 5-6 hours of sleep. because I constantly studying all day when I go to bed around 12 o clock i sleep instantly coz I was so damn tired. my brain and body just gave up. and i fall asleep.
Sleep well ,neet is impt I agree but health is utmost priority, kyu daray zindgi ma kya hoga kuch na hoga tou tajruba hoga
Don't act cool... kiddo.. when I was preparing.now in NRH ..there was no social media hype..we never used to waste time on social media..try to avoid wasting time in other things rather than sleep!
Im also a neet ug aspirant but i manage to sleep for atleast 7hrs
Because my brain doesn't work when i revise or whatsoever if my sleep is not proper
So I believe that efficiency is more important than the time input
😂😂that is true I am 3rd dropper from kota@@PallabiDasMondalI was also like this kool kid during my initial days

No it's possible easily
6 hours not for every one
5 hour is more than enough . Try for 40 days and you will realize
Wrong !!
It's just suitable for you only, don't say it on behalf of other students..
