    I never requires all these because whenever I take out my books & Notes for studies I fall asleep within 2 hours time. 😅😅. Whenever I need a deep sleep. I give myself a target to revise entire syllabus by night and beleive me as soon as I start making the time table that which subject to give how much time then I fall asleep very easily. And keep sleeping till 9 AM.

    Meletonin when it's continuous then your body becomes dumb to produce it on own as it seeks without producing it, work is done so why have hardwork
