That wifi stuff worked for me. Wtf. I was also getting weird dreams. I just watched the video yesterday and tried to switch off the router. And at least for yesterday i didn’t got any dreams after many days. I hope it really works and i do not get random dreams in future to interrupt my sleep. (Please note i am not under any stress or physical problems or anything and still random dreams kept on coming)

@@AnonMusk369 just put a cloth in cold water and wipe that on your stomach or put that cold water cloth ..on stomach ..for 30min...and let it dry under fan...u will get good sleep ..., also breath lavendar oil before sleep too for good sleep...
All of these reasons may be very true... But I seriously believe that somewhere lack of enough or in many cases the minimum physical activity which a large part of youth is ok with nowadays... That's the main reason of disturbed and poor sleep cycle. Me as an early 90's kid know that at that time options for entertainment were fewer than these days. Still tv and all of those things were very much present then also. But most of the youth at that time didn't face this disturbed sleep problem. Because people were much more physically active then. That kind of organic lifestyle really affects each and every aspect of life. Which is completely missing today whether one believes it or not...
if i have trouble sleeping, I just do guided meditation called "Isha Kriya" by Sadhguru it helps me fall asleep very quickly, and it also reduces the sleep quota, 5 hr 30 min to 6hr is more than enough.

Feed the birds keep them water but don't cage then that could be seva..

One thus is clear go back to roots ... Olden days old goid routine..BE IT SLEEP OR FOOD as much as possible, early to bed early to rise & eat ever6in moderation .. prefer home food over junk street stored canned foods

My experience with doing yog nidra before sleep is that due to the relaxation received after doing yog nidra, I don't feel sleepy anymore 😂
