I’m 50 years old, extremely active, I only eat fruit (I do drink two cups of bullet proof coffee in the morning though) until noon, then I do a smoothie with fruit and no sugar yogurt or a “chia pudding” with more fruit on it. Dinner is basically my only real “meal” of the day. I feel great, I’m lean and healthy and have tons of energy. Works for me!

While I haven't been strict with keeping to the Fruit Till Noon practice (in only eating fruit), I do eat fruit for breakfast almost every day. More specifically, smoothie bowls (acai - banana - strawberry - blueberry). Doing the Fruit Till Noon practice helped me find out what I like, and I've been implementing it every since. How about you?
Do you know if eating fruit until noon and fasting till noon are the same things? Is eating fruit better than fasting or the suggestion if your hungry?
great to hear from you Drew. Unfortunately I don't if one is better than another. Also, fasting vs eating fruit are two different things. Eating fruit till noon is about being intentional about what you are consuming (whereas fasting is about not consuming anything)

Can i eat something more after 12 am, for example normal dinner?
fruit till noon is typically done from when you go to bed until 12 pm the next day.
