I would cut out the honey to reduce sugar and add some spinach, which has no bitter taste! And scoop of protein powder to increase protein content and lower sugar spike.
I love this post...no crap, no strange additions, just good old food the way it was intended! Though you could add some red 40, yellow 5 and yellow 6, drop in a cheerio to fix my cholesterol and slap a Kellogg’s label on it!
I’ve never waited for the rotation. I’ll have to do that next time. My husband just bought me a Vitamix and it’s the most amazing thing ever. Love this. Simple but nutritious and delicious!!!
I do avocado, spinach, almond butter, half a banana, blue berries, spirulina, cinnamon and maka - not too much sugar as I don't want a big spike in the morning. I wouldn't take in this much sugar for sure, but I guess we're all different ;)
