    I would cut out the honey to reduce sugar and add some spinach, which has no bitter taste! And scoop of protein powder to increase protein content and lower sugar spike.

    I love this post...no crap, no strange additions, just good old food the way it was intended! Though you could add some red 40, yellow 5 and yellow 6, drop in a cheerio to fix my cholesterol and slap a Kellogg’s label on it!

    I’ve never waited for the rotation. I’ll have to do that next time. My husband just bought me a Vitamix and it’s the most amazing thing ever.
    Love this. Simple but nutritious and delicious!!!

    Very similar to the one I make every morning. I use coconut milk instead of almond. I want to try honey tho!

    I do avocado, spinach, almond butter, half a banana, blue berries, spirulina, cinnamon and maka - not too much sugar as I don't want a big spike in the morning. I wouldn't take in this much sugar for sure, but I guess we're all different ;)

    Get outta here with this. 😂 looks good except I don’t think I’d need honey with all the sweetness from the dates, bananas and blueberries. I might add some cinnamon for an extra boost of inflammation reducing properties and flavaaaaa;)Thanks for sharing!! Keep posting nutritional info. like your fasts and these smoothie recipes my friends and I love it!

    Would love to see the rest of the day Jesse! Looking at the macros, that's so much sugar and c1000 cals! Im guessing youre totally OK w that because you exercise so much?

    I had a similar drink yesterday and had tremendous brain fog afterwards. Perhaps it’s only me, but the sugar coma was awful. Am I alone??
