    I could listen to Sadhguru all day long & not just for entertainment. His breadth of intelligent, sensible wisdom & his ability to communicate it is phenomenal. I wish our leaders & politicians would pay it some attention.

    I have realized this in my life....When I changed my food from last year after listening to Sadhguru, my energy levels have fired. My chronic problem of lethargy, low energy, confused mind, forgetfulness etc are on a GoodBye Train. I request people to listen and act, whatever he speaks really transform you. The quality needed is belief in what he said and patience to get real results.

    I'll share my experience of doing 30% fruit diet for a year now.
    The biggest change I noticed was that my sleep quota has dropped. I used to happily sleep for around 9 hours a night. It's now dropped to between 6.5 - 7 hours depending on what else i've eaten that day. Food really does play a large role in how much rest your body will need.
    The other really noticable thing is gut calmness. I think this one is a combination of 30% fruit as well as intermittent fasting. But the gut being the 2nd brain, this is a hugely important change.

    I'm on my 117th day of watermelon only. I won't catch that 1,008 days as the lady on oranges did because we can't get seeded watermelon in the winter, but I'll probably get to 150. God gave us Fruit to eat, not dead animals and toxic chemicals.

    I've been on fruit diet for years. He is correct. I've also gone fruit only and it's amazing for the system. Encourages detoxification of the cells.

      @@AleydisZeta the fruit is for cellular detoxification. You can do it to remove illness and to promote alkalinity. You do not need to live on fruits alone. But a 70-80% raw good diet is key. Try fruit for breakfast and lunch daily at the minimum. That will yield great results. Bananas, grapes, berries. Make sure they are fresh and ripe! Ripe does not mean picking them early and letting them "ferment" on the shelf.

      @@JayCo- Unfortunately, grocery store fruit is all I have access to. I just make a point to buy organic and buy whatever looks healthy. I don't get a choice on when it's picked. I am aware of certain fruits they specifically make a point to pick early like pineapple so I do avoid some of the unripe stuff... also because of my transportation situation I can only visit the grocery store once, maybe twice a week so I usually buy enough to get through the week so my fruit does end up sitting for awhile... it's just how it is until I get my own vehicle

    2021 I started drinking 500ml of water, eat 2 banana in the morning before my gluten free oats @ 10am. I'll feed myself with fruits until I have my last meal between 2-3pm. Round about 6 or 7 after my exercise I eat more fruits. My whole body changed.

    This diet is 200 percent suitable for any one and we can experiment with this and we see the instant effect like lightness in the body and mind with this diet. I follow most of the times in a day having 2 times only fruits and one time have normal regular meal so that we justify for our cravings as well.

    I'm American, I live in Arizona. I've been a vegetarian for 8 years now. I never eat meat substitutes and for that I think I'm a pretty healthy vegetarian, except I overeat and I definitely eat too much chocolate/vegan cookies and chips. And I've been overweight since I was a child, I'm 28 now.
    I'm just getting over covid and while I was sick I did not want to eat anything besides fruit or avocado toast, maybe a lentil soup a couple of times. I haven't had coffee or chocolate or cookies in well over a week. I've been eating more fruit than usual. I genuinely believe I could eat 95% fruit. I might occasionally have a lentil soup or some vegan samosas, maybe a salad. Because I guess the hardest part for me to change is having fruit for dinner. But I really believe this would be best for me and easy.
    I feel like most nutritionists say fruit has too much sugar and you need grains and greens. But this is going to be my goal and having Sadhguru suggest it really makes me feel it's right.

    God this is so crazy. I have ALWAYS said that fruit is "High Octane" food. It is the fastest colon transit food on the planet.
    I am so glad I came across this video. My go to when I wake up is mango smoothie. Just mango, water, and cane sugar. For years I've had this when I wake. My cells feel so alive when I have fruit. I make better decisions, I have more energy, I feel stronger and get this.... I just feel like dancing a lot, for no reason in my house. Now how many foods can you say make you just want to dance for no reason? Fruit is the BEST !

      If Mango makes you dance then Banana will make you fly. The first food o consume daily is Bananas. It makes me feel so clean. And the breath goes to deep abdomen without even trying. And the brain is cheerful entire day despite the external situations ✌️

      Humans are biologically Frugivores. We are specifically designed to eat RAW living fruits for optimal health. Fruits have the highest electrical energy of all foods and are highly alkalizing. It would make sense that you feel so good when eating lots of fruit. For some good education check out Dr Robert Morse, The Freemelon Society and John Rose here on YT. Wealth of information on eating raw, John Rose has done it for 35 years, and Eli from The Freemelon Society is at about 8 years. Stay Well

    Whenever i visited european countries,i could see fresh fruits and juices kept in buffets,i feel europeans,like having fruit diet in the morning .whenever i had fruit diet in morning i will be more active .

    I use to eat this way
    I felt very connected to whatever the soul might be, I had lucid dreams, astral travel, deeper connections with people and it did help with my depression. Even though it did all of that for me, I'm scared eating that way will make me weak. It's very important for me to be strong and powerful. But I want my mind at ease and to be healthy mentally. It's just food people say, but it's so hard for me

    Yay, yay and hurrah! I have been at it all my life, and preferably straight off the tree or the shrubs in the garden. It is ALL we need to be healthy, strong, vibrant, and have a super fast, sharp brain. I am 70 going on 71 and nobody believes me, ever. In the 500 h yoga teacher training, I was by far the oldest, and all the mid twenty young ones, including the guys, took pictures of me to send to their friends, saying, you won't believe it, but! So yes, plants are our true food. Meat is not only detrimental for humans to eat, it also contributes largely to the destruction of the soils on Earth. SOS, save our soils! Saving our soils saves our souls! If we don't wake up to grasp this fact, we shall learn it the hard way, and it may be too late for this beautiful planet of ours. We cannot exist without it. That's another fact. Namaste!

    30% fruit, I dont know. Lots of sugars. Many people suffer insuline resistency which causes many illnesses. Better to eat more vegetables etc. for a lot of people and be easy on the fruits..

    I agree with this man. I eat too much fast food and drink too many mochas. I have gained about 40 pounds in 4 years 😳. I am so frustrated! I paid for the Noom and see my daily calories - I don't eat much, it's what I eat! Listen to what he says!

    went thru so many videos of modern doc saying too much fruit is not good, i came here cos I only trust Sadhguru, how can something from the tree or soil be so bad. i will stick to fruits and vege but i love fruits so ill eat what makes me happy

      Thats not true, fruits sugar come in complexes and are not synthetic sugar like. There are no studies offering that fruits are dangerous if you are healthy. Current medicine cant even compare to the health affects of fruits

    Fruit is also the only food that is perfect the way it is picked. You don't have to cook it or spice. If you did it would taste worse. That should tell us something about what our food should be

    I have been eating fruit since 1st Feb as a 30% of diet as substitute of chicken and I feel more refreshed. I have no belly bloating issues and no constipation issues like I used to have. On the other hand during gyaras I eat fruit whole day and today I woke up at 7 without alarm and I am not sleepy.

    Have some queries
    Orange is a seasonal fruit and one should eat seasonal then eating 1080 days means almost 3 years doesn't fit in the rule
    Secondly
    High glycemic foods release sugar(gets digested fast) fast so said that one should eat food which is releasing slow
    Fruits if they get digested fast means spike
    And lastly
    Our body needs glucose and not fructose fruits have (more or entire) fructose which adds work to lever to convert fructose to Glucose is it true

    My humble request is that please make a video to comfort someone after the death of loved one ....... my best friend mom passed away 1 month ago how can I comfort her ..... She is a teenager and she is going through this and It is very difficult for her to face the situation..🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    I highly believe all of this to be of absolute truth, but anyone who speaks about fruit based diets always get attacked by other people who are stating it is impossible to be healthy eating only fruits because you will be missing out on many nutrients from meat etc. What can we say to people like that to convince them this is a very healthy diet and not the opposite? Thank you!

    I deleted dairy, meat including seafood. I only consume fruits, and vegetables. I get enough juice from the fruits and vegetables to stay hydrated so outside drinking sources are not needed. I eat between 12-4p after that I am good 👍🏼 😋 😌 🙂 ☺️.

    Over a period of one year, I lost 120 pounds of fat and ate a huge amount of fresh fruit every day. I also ate some fowl and rice and potatoes, very little red meat but enough and i eliminated 7 medications including 3 breathing inhalers, pre diabetes gone, high blood pressure gone, stage 2 hypertension normalized, i could barely walk 10 feet and a year later i ran a 5k obstacle course :)

    What you said is true. My grandfather was a farmer and always ate fruits. He was strong in farm work. He reached the age of 102.

      Because of what you replaced fruits with. Its the processed foods you stopped eating, not because fruit is magical. Its hydrating that's about it. It's water and sugar and vitamins we don't metabolise too well apart from vitamin C which we only needs in the presence of sugar

      I eat a balanced meal for dinner that has my 2500 to 3000 calories and have a good satisfying meal you will be stuffed and no need to eat again, drink lots of water and take vitamins try to eat all food groups

Because all of the primates in nature eat their natural diet of fruit all their lives and they are healthy and have strong teeth. there are no dentist offices in the jungle or the forest. Only human beings eat unnaturally and they are riddled with disease. Coincidence? Tooth decay and all physical disease is in most cases caused from eating foods we are not meant to eat that poison our bodies. Refined sugar and grains and dairy products are the biggest contributors to tooth decay. But it is caused by a toxic lifestyle generally. If your teeth are diseased it is an indication that your entire body is diseased. The teeth reflect your inner state.
