To retain moisture, apples, pears are given a wax coat. So removing the skin is healthier than eating with it, I guess. Or, a rinse with warm water mixed with baking soda is of any help?

We can eat fruits together, except for melon. That should be kept alone. And in food combos, try to make something like a banana, and a soursop. Those are both sweet fruits and aren't acidic. Make the right combos and then it's fine!

Mam apples are coated with wax to make them shine, other fruits are also coated so wise to peel them.
Soaked them in baking powder solution before eating them it will remove or kill all the harms.
