Why people don't want anything to do with cops even off duty. I remember even as a young guy seeing known cops off duty being blanked in the local pubs. Eventually they took the hint & never used sny local watering holes😂
You can't record in here it's private, as he has his bodycam on . The hypocrisy is astonishing. So he offers video evidence, but he's not interested in that. Bloody useless
Now you're saying that he's an alcoholic when he's not. I think he needs to get a solicitor and I also think she needs to speak to a social worker and move out because they're not meeting his needs. That's her duty of care
Everywhere in the whole of the UK you are allowed to use CCTV. People use it on their phones. He's trying to protect himself and make sure that he's safe because he's a vulnerable adult
Very inappropriate. When you're probably dealing with someone that has a mental health issue or some sort of other problem extremely inappropriate. I believe that your complaints department meaning the police should investigate this
Adult social care should be involved to raise a safeguarding against the manager, care staff of the housing complex. And if the gentleman has a social worker he/she should have been notified and attended this. It's disgraceful.
The older of the two officers is talking rubbish that if he records in a residential it's harassment on other people rubbish if a vulnerable person is in a care home or hospital of in a place receiving support for mental health and in the NHS guidelines one on the .gov websites patients or vulnerable adults receiving care or assisted living they are allowed by law to record both overtly and covertly any staff in any setting be it the home or the establishment hospital or other medical facility or any facility that is involved with the care of said vulnerable person for several reasons for a recorded not for memory for evidence of staff being neglegiable and abusing patients or vulnerable person during any staff interaction with the person whom is recording both covertly or overtly by law the person has the right to do so for their protection and for recorded not to pass on to leagle representative or trusted family
I agree 👍💯 with you. These people get paid for looking after people with a mental health condition. Not get paid to phone 🤳📱 the police 🚓🚨 because someone has a mental health condition. And the police should have looked at the evidence on the man's phone 🤳📱 when he offered to support his innocence. Instead the police 🚓🚨 said we're not interested. Wow absolutely outrageous
Sadly, he needs to record to protect himself but he will be denied this ability , yet they are allowed to record you 24/7. They always have 2 or more individuals when they collate their so called whine reports. If you are involved with the government, unfortunately, they will always bully you & come in a gang, but you will always be on your own where they will play all manner of games. The cops repeatedly in this encounter made multiple accusations & twisted his words several times. The cops continue to sttack him.
This is incredibly unprofessional, he phoned them first, they ignored his call, the staff phone the police and they turn up...... Double standards. As for the corrupt police, both want sacking for being biased.
That's really inappropriate as that person could be a support worker done by CQC or that person could have a mental health issue right? So it's supported living. Yeah I don't think it is appropriate to be calling you guys to be doing that meaning the police
And if people were drinking but shouldn't have been. Yeah that is the responsibility of the staff. They tell him they shouldn't be drinking or given them a warning
Thats so sad & distressing to see & hear this vunerable persons allegations of abuse totally ignored. The threatening demeanour of beardy was pallatable. I don't understand what causes these cops to be so inhumane. What the hell happened to them as children to tirn them into such pyscopaths !
Lol at them having 0 interest in viewing evidence, aka 0 interest in actually delivering justice, more interested in stomping their boots around trying to look intimidating. They are always like this, we had a local nob head known as a thief robbing off everyone and police couldn't (more like refused to) catch him. All the locals knew who he was and where to find him, but police couldn't. One day he robbed a woman's purse from a wetherspoons and my colleague caught the lad on his doorbell camera, entering an alleyway with the purse, emptying its contents all over the floor and taking the valuables before running away. Well this colleague went to the police station to provide them evidence and they refused to take it saying they are not interested and basically told him to bugger off! Thief is still at large obviously but he struggles now as he is known to all the locals. Except the police obviously.
Absolutely disgusting policing, coming out because someone FEELS harrassed when they didn't come to the aid of this vulnerable guy when he reported an assault. Since when is filming conversations/meetings harassment, the police themselves are guilty of harassment then when they go out with bodycams 😂
These care staff managers and carers are such snowflakes. Everything he says will be true. They could hurt you and you complain to them and you will be accused of being aggressive. These people are really horrible and a lot of them should not be working with vulnerable people.
@ClaytonEgleton if he has a social worker then the manager of the home should have contacted adult social care and requested that the social worker attend the meeting. If HE was unhappy living there the sw would work to move him elsewhere. The manager and care staff should remain professional towards this man. He did nothing wrong. Care staff are all snowflakes and complain about everything
I live in supporting liveing as well at supporting liveing isn't what it all ways makes out too be in reality in some of them that i have lived in get people that have moved in with drug addiction and really bad mental health issues and some of the care staff ara just as bad when swearing at people a lot of support that is given is just shit
I live in a supporting house and the rest of us ara in our 30s and 20s and wii have got a 75 year old man liveing with us he should be in an old peoples home and because of his age he keeps going back and forth too hospital i think that the only reason they let him move in is because they know he get pension benefits thats the thing with supporting liveing the more they can move in the more money that they make thats what it really actually comes down too
All they really actually care about is getting many people moved in so they can make more money for the self and for the company and when some moved out they simple just get someone else' too move in its just about control and about makeing the most that they can from the people that they look after most of the
If he feels threatened he actually can film in his own property of the staff but he has to have valud reason. But he can also install a camera to monitor whole house 24 hrs a day. He is in supported living. Open to so much abuse. So cops are wrong staff should not be bothered ic they have nothing to hide. Serms like he was informing them he would be recording a scheduled meeting. Some staff have no common sense. He also sounds like he can be troublesome at times 😂😂
What is wrong with ye, himself was as drunk as a skunk you'd could hear it in his speech, the officers weren't aggressive and if anything were quite patient with him.. everybody's gotten so used to whipping their phones out to record stuff.. madness
1 rule for 1 another rule for everyone else. You are being recorded for safety and monitoring purposes for your safety and the safety of staff and other residents. So You record when you feel uncomfortable for your own safety etc. i dont see an issue here. You are recording. they are recording you so why are the staff being like this. They obviously have something to hide.
Prime example that Police work for Business, Not the people. You can and should record.
He offers the video evidence that proves his innocence and the officer replies, im not interested in the video. 🤯
