iPad Mini 6th Gen Review in 2023

After a year with the iPad Mini 6th Gen, what do I think of it? Is it too small?

For me it's a little too small, but I definitely agree on this range being a perfect middle size. It's great for reading, both ebooks and news articles and just websites in general. Even after getting a Kindle over a decade ago I'd often still buy comics and artbooks in paper form, but the iPad has actually led to me buying quite a few comics in PDF form instead.
The 13 inch iPad is definitely too big for my use, but I went for the 11 inch Pro a few years ago mainly because 120Hz makes drawing on a tablet actually an option for me so I could stop going through sketchbooks.
The bigger mini is about as big as my last sketchbook, but the 11 inch iPad is more along the size of many of my older ones. I also like that I can do 4-panel comics comfortably on it without zooming in and out constantly. If I drew less, or if the 9 inch ones had 120Hz support, I could well have gotten the 9 inch one to draw with.
The smaller mini (the 7 inch one, if I recall) is about the size of a Moleskine notebook and just barely accommodates the docked pencil, which I think could be great for taking notes... if there wasn't that 60Hz disconnect. I know it doesn't bother many people, but for me that disconnect from a pen is the only thing I care about 120Hz for.

ipad mini with LCD is garbage. you wont enjoy watching content on LCD especially when screen is this close and you can notice difference between LCD and LED. Hence, no point buying ipad mini.
