    • @ReyStexen00
      @ReyStexen00 3 года назад +9

      Mostly true but I will add on to this. If you have sentry mode turned on then yes it won’t be truly off. But if you do not have sentry enabled it will sleep completely. When you open the app it will say “Waking up” and your phone key will be slow to react when you try to open the car (no delay with key card)

    To turn off an Tesla, you firstly need to unplug the 12 Volt Batterie in the front frunk. Then you can turn off the Tesla in the settings and wait about 5 minutes until you hear a click from the main relay. When you hear this, ist fully turned off and isnt abled to turn on again, before you plug in the 12 v batterie.
    I saw this in a Vodeo a few days ago, otherwise, I wouldnt know it.

    No hate, but it sure looks like your extractor leaves a lot of solution in the carpet… do you do more extracting afterwards to get all of the solution out so it’s just a bit of water left to dry? It could just be the camera angles picking up the reflections of the water. I personally have a hard time getting it out but when I worked in a shop with a similar extractor we could the carpets bone dry and free of solution in a few passes :) looks great though!

    It resets the computer and it makes your Tesla 'shut down' for a small period of time (like 1 - 3 min).

    By the looks of rear seat, it's apparent the owner travels with child and a dog (the amount of hair n all in the car was phenomenal)

    TSLA never turns off on its on like other cars, its always on and connected to the net while using very little energy. there are times you need to turn it off for a full reboot of the car like you would do a computer, hold the scroll buttons down for 10 sec while you hold the break peddle down, that should fully reboot the system. this is for my model X, other versions have different config.

    Really surprised the paint didn’t flake off with the pressure washer that close… is it low power? (Just saying bc of posts in Tesla groups where it does flake off)

      Its the angle of nozzle. 40 degrees is fine. But you’re right, I usually stay farther back than that.

    I don't know... It turns off when you leave it? (i.e., when the key fob goes out of range...)

    I’ll take a stab at it. I’m guessing there’s a pressure switch in the drivers seat that turns a Tesla on and off.
