Drumming is incredibly therapeutic. It lets you vent your frustrations and hit things while being constructive, if you choose to make it that way..I play every morning and if I don't my day doesn't go as well, I just feel off like something is missing

2002 i toured with a band that Boxcar Racer was supporting. got to hear him practice everyday. Very chill guy. Came to talk to me about metal cuz i would soundcheck with Slayer. We talked about metal drummers. He got me into Cryptopsy and Flo Mournier. One day I was messing with one of our amps and the sound-guy asked if i could sit-in on Travis’s kit to get levels. Hitting the 808 in an arena was very gratifying.
Travis is the coolest guy on the planet. He is Humble, no entitlement,we grew up in Fontana California that's not a easy place to live at. Much Love Travis.
