      Думаете это может работать? Разве что только немного подтянет кожу. Посмотрите на первое фото в видио. На фотогравии две разные женщины с разным строением черепа. И с разным углом костей нижней челюсти.

    I've been doing this once in the morning and once in the evening and the results are amazing!

    •Day 1 = ✅ { result } no change but I can feel I did exercise in my jawline

    You are truly an excellent face yoga instructor. The results are visible, and I follow your teachings consistently. I've had remarkable improvements on my face by following your classes. However, I would like to make a few more changes. With this particular lesson it is indeed true that it offers the possibility of achieving a square face shape. However, it significantly widens and strengthens the cheekbones, which is not my goal. Right now, I'm trying to reduce my cheekbones, but after this exercise, it becomes quite challenging as they are significantly strengthened. Could you create a lesson focused on creating an angle closer to 90 degrees and solely involving the jawline area without widening/enlarging/bringing down the face too much?

    Okay so let us test this. I will do this for a week regularly (hope so)
    Day 1: my jaw hurts a lot. I hope I may be able to continue this because of pain lol.
    Day 2: It feels refreshing
    Day 3: pain is gone wow. No visible difference so far.
    Day 4: okay let's be honest here, no visible difference!
    Day 5: (missed)
    Day 6: okay there is little difference.
    So the conclusion is, you may reach r desired results if you do it REGULARLY for infinite time :3

    My face is slim and I have pretty sharp v chin so I want a defined jawline

    Okay, i've been doing this for eight days, once a day, and i'm starting to notice results. Even if there are no drastic changes visible, when i did it just now, i could feel my jawbone very distinctly, whereas before it was enveloped in my double chin, i think that's thanks to the lyphatic drainage. Also, i can feel my muscles more distincly during the smiling excercise, things like that. I did thake a photo and it looks somewhat better than my day 1 photo, but i'll have to take it again in identical lighting to really tell. I'll do that after a few more days so more changes show up, i don't wanna underwhelm myself in the beginning. Right now, i'm excited because even with workouts, i start to feel the changes in the tightness of my skin before the muscles visibly form, so i'm pretty sure it'll be the same with this.

    I'm gonna do this for 15 days
    Day -1 : nothing happened
    Day -2 : did this twice a day and can see some changes
    Day -3: jawline is trying to appear but my double chin isn't letting it
    Day -4: feeling confident
    Day-5 skipped
    Day -6 : I'm thinking something else
    I have get rid of double chin first then I'll continue this again but it's a good exercise you guys can do this

    Делаю в течении 10 дней:
    1 день: сделала, все нормально
    2 день: сделала, изменений почти нет
    3 день: сделала, уже немного видна линия подбородка
    4 день: не сделала, не было дома, вернулась только на следующий день
    5 день: сделала, видно разницу между первым и пятым днями
    6 день: сделала, результат уже виден
    7 день: сделала, пока изменений нет
    8 день: сделала, я вижу изменения! моя линия подбородка стала более четкой, разница между первым днём и сейчас большая
    9 день: сделала, все отлично проходит
    10 день: сделала два раза, видна разница большая, между первым днём и десятым, если честно я даже не верила, что я смогу что то изменить! я хочу продолжать делать эти упражнения до школы, два раза в день, чтобы точно увидеть результат, который я хочу(⁠☆⁠▽⁠☆⁠)

    I’ll be doing this everyday and tell y’all how it goes- I’ll actually be 100% honest
    Day 1: (twice) just finished, I feel fine. No difference (I did the exercise and massages)
    Day 2: just finished, hurt just a little, maybe a was a little rough on myself, but I can definitely see my double shin fading cause from my side profile it’s getting better. I know it’s only day 2 but it just a little of change. It’s not drastic or a change that somebody will notice but I can definitely tell this might work😭.
    Day 3: before I started I actually noticed a difference. My double chin isn’t huge but it’s definitely there and it’s slimmed down actually, and I’m starting to see my jawline more now. Anyways the workout and whatever felt the same but yea definitely seeing small results each time. Wish that could work for my workouts🙄
    Day4: no changes but it hurt man😭
    Day 5: I didn’t do it cause I was doing my hair I’m sorry but I’m actually starting to see changes my double chin is going away guys!!
    Day 6: I forgot to update but there is results I didn’t do it yesterday (it’s day 7 for me) so yes but my double chin is gone but my jawline is still the same.
    Day 7: it’s getting easier for me to do and results definitely came in. Still gonna continue
    Day 8: Yea it slimmed it down from before but I still see no results so I’ll do any other one because this slims down my double chin my doesn’t do anything to my jawline but if ur trying to remove ur double chin then I recommend this!

    Started the workout today, I hope this comment will help me to stay consistent for 14 days :), I‘m doing the Massage twice a day after my skincare btw
    Day 1: Done, my jaw feels a bit sore already
    Day 2: Done! No changes yet
    Day 3: Done!
    Day 4: Done, I think it’s starting to work :)
    Day 5: Done! My jawline is definitely getting more prominent :) I‘m excited to see how it will look by the end of it

    Day 1 ✅ did it one time and i'm also ice facing my skin and jawline x
    I'm starting today until i see the result i want , i really want this to work because i have a extremely bad side profile mostly because of my jawline. But also my teeth and i'm getting braced in a month so maybe thats why my jawline is like this idk🤷🏽‍♀️but lately i have been gaining fat and i use to have this perfect body i would get lots and lots of compliments but now i am gaining weight and i've been doing exercises but they won't work and i'm also feeling alone and i can't have it no more... I know this sounds crazy.. and also school is going bad i have friends but not friends yk and like they all like me because i'm funny but they don'y LIKE me.     Feedback: very relaxing! I did try to do the message without the cream (bc I don't have any) and I somehow wounded my lip, maybe a nail? Idk.. next time I'll apply cream🧍)

    Same as day 1, but I added cream this time,much more relaxing 😅 but my injury on my lip from yesterday ripped open and my long a$s nails also injured my jawline, so I'll cut those, DAMN I MIGHT BE SAVING YOUR BLOOD RN, DEPENDS 😭 cant wait for day 3!! 😃🙃

    Same as the other 2 days, but today i was hesitant to do the message, my lip hurt and people at school have noticed the scratch marks on my jawline, but i am committed! Again i applied cream and on my lip too this time and it worked! I didn't have time too cut my nails, so the scratches will have to stay, but i just really want a perfect jawline so its worth it! Hopefully my jaw wont hurt to much tomorrow!🙃

    I'll be doing it for a week!! (2 twice a day)
    Day 1 : nothing but a slight pain meaning it's doing the job!
    Day 2 : not a big of change Day 3 : my jawline seems a bit slimmer :O
    Day 4: not that much but a slight pain
    Day 5: hmmm slimmer jaw
    Day 6: okay i feel my jaw is taking a shape??
    Day 7: not a WOWW difference but amazing and im gonna keep doing it, i absolutely recommend it

    ⚠️Observation throughout the 21 days (3 weeks)⚠️:
    ‼️I noticed it doesn't only improve your jawline but it also help get rid of your double chin which it's really nice.
    ‼️I also observed that it only look defined/sharp once I'm done but it goes back to normal the day after which I find really frustrating. Hence, some of my comments are inaccurate.
    ‼️The progress is slow so I advice everyone trying this exercise to be patient.

    This is not what I intended but I decided to stop here because unfortunately, something happened. I have no problem with the exercise until week 3... I can feel my jaw not being able to relax and it hurts even just trying one exercise... But I have a good news, it works!! Though my jawline is like an L but with no vertex, it's actually worth it!!! You just have to be patient:))❤️❤️

    hiii, question, do you take requests? because I'd be so thankful if you could do a video for asymmetrical eyes (right eye and eyebrow are slightly down-turned and the right eye is more hooded and droppy than the left eye), this is my biggest insecurity and I'd be so grateful if you could make a video abt it.
