However, I would like to make a few more changes. With this particular lesson it is indeed true that it offers the possibility of achieving a square face shape. However, it significantly widens and strengthens the cheekbones, which is not my goal. Right now, I'm trying to reduce my cheekbones, but after this exercise, it becomes quite challenging as they are significantly strengthened. Could you create a lesson focused on creating an angle closer to 90 degrees and solely involving the jawline area without widening/enlarging/bringing down the face too much?

I’ll be doing this everyday and tell y’all how it goes- I’ll actually be 100% honest Day 1: (twice) just finished, I feel fine. No difference (I did the exercise and massages) Day 2: just finished, hurt just a little, maybe a was a little rough on myself, but I can definitely see my double shin fading cause from my side profile it’s getting better. I know it’s only day 2 but it just a little of change. It’s not drastic or a change that somebody will notice but I can definitely tell this might work😭. Day 3: before I started I actually noticed a difference. My double chin isn’t huge but it’s definitely there and it’s slimmed down actually, and I’m starting to see my jawline more now. ⚠️Observation throughout the 21 days (3 weeks)⚠️:
‼️I noticed it doesn't only improve your jawline but it also help get rid of your double chin which it's really nice.
‼️I also observed that it only look defined/sharp once I'm done but it goes back to normal the day after which I find really frustrating. Hence, some of my comments are inaccurate.
‼️The progress is slow so I advice everyone trying this exercise to be patient.

This is not what I intended but I decided to stop here because unfortunately, something happened. I have no problem with the exercise until week 3... I can feel my jaw not being able to relax and it hurts even just trying one exercise... But I have a good news, it works!! Though my jawline is like an L but with no vertex, it's actually worth it!!! You just have to be patient:))❤️❤️

Day 1: (twice) just finished, I feel fine. No difference (I did the exercise and massages)
Day 2: just finished, hurt just a little, maybe a was a little rough on myself, but I can definitely see my double shin fading cause from my side profile it’s getting better. I know it’s only day 2 but it just a little of change. It’s not drastic or a change that somebody will notice but I can definitely tell this might work😭.
Day 3: before I started I actually noticed a difference. My double chin isn’t huge but it’s definitely there and it’s slimmed down actually, and I’m starting to see my jawline more now. Anyways the workout and whatever felt the same but yea definitely seeing small results each time. Wish that could work for my workouts🙄

Day 5: I didn’t do it cause I was doing my hair I’m sorry but I’m actually starting to see changes my double chin is going away guys!!

Sorry ya'all, forgot to update because I fell sick and life caught up. But I have been doing this excercise maybe not consistently. I do believe I have visible results now, my husband said my face 'has good shape' recently which confirms it.
I have been doing these exercises from this video (and also from 3 others) and, yepp, facial exercises work. It took me five days to see results by doing the exercises twice a day. I am on my mid twenties

8 день: сделала, я вижу изменения! моя линия подбородка стала более четкой, разница между первым днём и сейчас большая

Day 2:✅ No change
Day 3:✅ No change but it hurts a lil while doing the exercise
Day 4:✅ My double chin is less than day 3
Day 5:✅ Same as yesterday

Day 7:✅ Idk why, but there's no change😕 Still I'll continue
I did this exercise regularly in the morning for 1 month and 1 day~ started on 8 June and from today I'm going to stop doing it (9 July) as I'm statisfied by the results🙃

well no shit. ofc u cant get a jawline of this. its for losing the double chin so ur jawline will be more visible. not sharper
It's Because u had double chin and if you continue to do this u will surely see result on your jawline

hiii, question, do you take requests? because I'd be so thankful if you could do a video for asymmetrical eyes (right eye and eyebrow are slightly down-turned and the right eye is more hooded and droppy than the left eye), this is my biggest insecurity and I'd be so grateful if you could make a video abt it.
