So no, it's physically and actually impossible to have a V8 with AWD from the factory. If you HAVE seen an AWD Charger with a Hemi....it's custom.
From what I even remember, Dodge made an AWD hellcat powered chargers for the US police, but for the normal production cars only came in AWD V6s.
