    What will another NBA Title mean for LeBron's legacy?
    TOPICS: where teams should select a QB in the NFL Draft (00:33), the value of Russell Westbrook's triple-doubles to the NBA MVP race (03:18), The Boston Celtics' chances of winning the East (07:40), what will happen to the NBA once LeBron James is no longer the best player (10:58).

      Anthony Davis, Kahwi Leonard, Russell Westbrook, Lonzo Ball, There are a lot of dudes it's way too early to assume that. LeBron's size always made him a mismatch and it will be a while before that mismatch shows up again but it's way too early to assume Giannis is the answer

      So what you guys mean is they're so good it's unfair... But how is that their fault and not the other teams?
      Also is the 3pt shooting game their fault or the league's fault for changing the rules on fouls? The game is evolving with the new rules, teams adapt. Even the Cavs are stacked with shooters now.
      And yeah kids identify to Curry, but is he a bad role model? I'd rather kids liked him than some aggressive illiterate idiot.
      And a reminder... if the Warriors are so much better than the rest, how come they lost last year?

    Ryan Anderson isn't the Rockets second best player...I cannot stand Nick Wright. He skews everything to make point subjectively. Rockets have coach of the year, 6th man of year, and knock down 3 point shooters. No one NON ONE on OKC can shoot. If they could, OKC wouldn't have been -58 with Russ on the bench!

    • @Weeeeee711
      @Weeeeee711 7 лет назад +26

      You realize you're doing the same thing..you're claiming he does..right?
      Maybe if they ran their offense through someone EXCEPT him the entire season that would have made a difference?
      When your goal is to go for solo stat achievements..it has a price. Great for fantasy..useless in real basketball.
      Not all of it is his fault..it's Donovans for letting him have a RECORD in usage rate and by a MILE. He destroyed Kobe Bryant's 'record'
      Play like a team..or you're going to lose. it's that simple and it won't change.

    • @harrygarris6921
      @harrygarris6921 7 лет назад +14

      At the start of the year??? He absolutely was. Eric Gordon and Pat Beverly were not good at all last year, mostly due to injury but still. Anderson was putting up 17 PPG in New Orleans and was looking really solid coming into this season.

    • @thejonesbass
      @thejonesbass 7 лет назад +3

      But them not having shooters doesnt mean its a not a good squad remember toronto last year? they were the worst 3pt shooting team and they made it to the ECF and got two games on the cavs... nicks point (which i believe to be accurate)was at the start of the year tbh we really thought both teams were equal.. because rockets had the shooters and okc had the young top prospects ...remember that enes kanter was a 3rd pick... oladipo was a 2nd pick ...adams came off a big year last year and he was a 7th pick... sabonis was a 11th then they got doug mcdermott sometime mid season who was also an 11th pick...so in all they had 6 players who were chosen really high the draft...if those players were playing up to their standards okc wouldnt be this bad,even without shooting much threes

      no one aint saying he dosnt have time its just that the way i see it he still isnt anywhere close to be the heir of lebron, there are others at the same age or even younger then Zion, that have more complete or flexible game, he is actually my favorite player in the next coming 5 years but being an heir to lebron and being a star is different, to be the best for a lot of years to come u need to have a lot of arsenal which Zion lacks, im waiting for lbj jr, lets see if he will get even better after 5-6 years till he gets drafted in 22'-23'.

      it's not disrespect to say the 2nd best 2 guard in NBA history didn't have as great a career as one of the greatest big men in NBA history. the sport is a big man's sport. the Spurs and Tim have had sustained greatness over 3 decades with 5 chips in 3 decades.

    Right now you've got..
    Top tier: LBJ, Curry, KD, Kawhi, Russ, Harden. These are the guys with the highest jersey sales that people look up to and want to be. Talked about the most.
    Second tier: Davis, Boogie, IT, Wall, Lillard, Giannis, George. These guys, when the top 6 retire, will probably take over the league, even though Boogie and IT, even George, will be out of their prime by then.
    Third tier: Kyrie, Green, Butler, Derozan, Gasol, Lowry. These guys probably won't ever be the best because they're either middle-aged already or playing sidekick to an above player.
    Fourth tier: Towns, Jokic, Booker, Wiggins, Embiid, Simmons, Porzingis. These are the young guns primed to be the next best players, along with the second tier.
    Fifth tier: Ball, Williamson, Porter Jr, Fultz, O'Neal, Bol, Sexton. The guys who haven't been drafted yet that have been hyped up a lot. These guys and the fourth tier guys are the 2 tiers that will be in their primes at the right time when the top and second tiers retire.
    Overall, the NBA will probably have a small gap from the time LeBron and the top tier retires/out of prime to the when the next crop of players take over the league. There are only 3 or 4 players from the second and third tiers I can say are locks for HOF, whereas everyone in the top tier will make it. Can see a lot of potential coming from the fourth and fifth tiers to make HOF, like Towns, Booker, Embiid and Porzingis, and the fifth tier has a lot of guns that can potentially make it. Too early to tell on them yet though.

    So let me get this straight!! Nick says nobody I know was saying Houston's teams was better than OKC at the start of the season, but then Colin and Nick start saying how new information should always have the ability to change your beliefs. WELL GUESS WHAT? the new information says the better team is Houston as a whole! you may rather want the OKC guys in a vacuum, but in the system it does not matter because is about your role and how good you are in it!
