I see a lot of people posting comments around the concern of yearly flooding. I too see it as a big problem, not sure even if they do landfill it will fix the issue. Plots close to the sales office are still fine, but the plots near to drain are a mess.

I still find the price to be cheap as there is a lot of upside left. God knows where the prices will touch once the builder floor starts coming in. On the north side of the project is reserved Delhi greens which is also the border and proximity to airport is good 3. Low rise and a lot of greens in the project Cons: 1. Internal infrastructure development is quite slow (project was launched in 2013) 2. Quite close to Najafgarh drain on the west side of the project (builder committed to raise land level)
