      Sir, maximum FAR allowed is 2.64 for construction i.e. Stilt + 66% coverage for each floor. Thank you.

    I see a lot of people posting comments around the concern of yearly flooding. I too see it as a big problem, not sure even if they do landfill it will fix the issue. Plots close to the sales office are still fine, but the plots near to drain are a mess.

    The demand for residential plots have rising drastically in gurgaon as lots of people in and around Delhi are planning a move to gurgaon, as it’s cheap and economical. I still find the price to be cheap as there is a lot of upside left. God knows where the prices will touch once the builder floor starts coming in. Also speaking of this project I think it’s second to none. The first reason behind this is that it’s peaceful and away from hustle bustle which dwarka expressway will bring in the near future.second, it’s close proximity to prime sectors and of course DELHI.

    Thanks Prakhar. I have been observing this project from last 3.5 years and would like to list pros and cons of the project
    Pros:
    1. Close connectivity from and to Delhi
    2. On the north side of the project is reserved Delhi greens which is also the border and proximity to airport is good
    3. Low rise and a lot of greens in the project
    Cons:
    1. Internal infrastructure development is quite slow (project was launched in 2013)
    2. Quite close to Najafgarh drain on the west side of the project (builder committed to raise land level)
