I am a resident in THE HEARTSONG . Very beautiful society, way ahead from any society in terms of greenery in its vicinity. Very very calm atmosphere, close to nature and I have almost forgotten noisy and polluted NCR environment during WFH these days. Also, quality of material used in construction is fair.

I invested my hard earned money in Jul’17 to purchase a plot in westerlies but possession is no where in sight and that’s because westerlies is a brand and the developments are taken care by Experion. The land is owned by many individual builders and there is no consensus amongst them. Worst part, these land parcels are not registered with HRERA
Hey Aditya Ji, thank you for finding my videos informative. You should write to the developer and ask them to provide possession, I can see people habe already started to construct in plots. I am assuming that builder can easily provide solution incase there is any such problem. You should definitely visit their office and raise your concerns. Thanks Prakhar, have called the land owner several times and they just keep on extending the delivery date. I will be happy if you can provide some info on F block in westerlies. And thanks for mentioning in the footnotes of the video that phase 1 and 2 of Westerlies is not registered. Good to see that people are becoming aware of RERA regulations and also thanks to honourable courts favouring the buyers who have not got possession in reasonable time.
People can watch both videos and compare themselves. Google maps can also give exact distance etc. Closer would be Experion. Have you taken in any of these are planning to take one?

Also explain is it free from high tension living wires, ballad, roads connectivity from Delhi and markets for purpose of self living there.

I try to give as many information as can sir. If anyone is planning to buy here they must do the due diligence. Thank you for sharing your feedback, I try and remain as neutral as I can. These videos consumes 6 to 7 hrs of shooting and then editing takes weeks. It's an exhaustive process and everyting you see is spontaneous. Indirectly I do support and help residents to get their things resolved where ever I can but I can't resolve everyting for them. They need to collectively take things ahead. One more things, why any developer would give me permission to highlight their concerns, if people watch the video carefully they can see the things not said directly in my videos. Sahil Manocha is giving wrong fact that the windows are toughened. None of the glass in windows is toughened. The AC is only 5 star in drying area but inside rooms all AC are 3 stars. The project is anyway good and builder too but wrong information should not be passed.

It's like expecting against the hope. Toll will be there and we will be forced to pay. There won't be any waiver to anyone except the ones who get as per the Govt. policies. If 10,000 people comes on street and ask to waive off then it will happen. Else it's just one of our wims and fantasies to think like that bro. I was not getting time to respond earlier as was occupied in some emergency in family. I did made a post on this. Thank you.

Though what I know about this developer is that in one of their newly constructed project in Sector 104 they are reconstructing the balconies which shows their constitution quality isn't good. I stay nearby and seeing this from last 2 years so not sure when Experion is planning to do that filling. As far as quality of construction is concerned, I can show you multiple buildings within Heartsong where plaster is falling from the outside, seepage is showing, growth of algae etc. I am not just talking in air, I have seen it .I e. sharing this. Happy to show you if you are interested in the reality.

Sahil Manocha is giving wrong fact that the windows are toughened. None of the glass in windows is toughened.
The AC is only 5 star in drying area but inside rooms all AC are 3 stars.
The project is anyway good and builder too but wrong information should not be passed.
I hope they must be reading these feedbacks and comments and take appropriate corrective measures. I really liked the club house area and greenery.

buddy u didn't answer me on d toll n its add-on burden cost on residents,toll cost of dwarka expressway' I meant u move around n talk to so my builders,did u ever had a discussion on waving of toll prices for d residents as daily up n down to Delhi will be very costly for a family ,i mean if 2-3 people have to go to delhi every day then imagine d amount of toll they'll pay
It's like expecting against the hope. Toll will be there and we will be forced to pay. There won't be any waiver to anyone except the ones who get as per the Govt. policies. If 10,000 people comes on street and ask to waive off then it will happen. Else it's just one of our wims and fantasies to think like that bro. I was not getting time to respond earlier as was occupied in some emergency in family. I did made a post on this. Thank you.

I mostly cover Dwarka Expressway and it's projects, if builder provides permission then I can cover the project as mentioned by you. Though what I know about this developer is that in one of their newly constructed project in Sector 104 they are reconstructing the balconies which shows their constitution quality isn't good. That creek area gets flooded during heavy rains
Once the mudfilling is done this issues should be fixed.
@@DwarkaExpressway - Hi Prakhar, not sure If you seen the boundary of this project? If not then please visit from all the sides and you will understand what I am saying. I stay nearby and seeing this from last 2 years so not sure when Experion is planning to do that filling.
As far as quality of construction is concerned, I can show you multiple buildings within Heartsong where plaster is falling from the outside, seepage is showing, growth of algae etc. I am not just talking in air, I have seen it .I e. sharing this.
