Although I don't live in India, was just watching out of curiosity. Great interiors I must admit. But for that price, you can get a massive house in Australia, facing a beach with multiple garages and even a tennis court. House in India are so expensive.
Overpriced is the word I would use in mumbai sea facing flats are worth 30cr that's 4 million US dollars. U can get bigger villa for 3 million in los Angeles

I must say, the location, quality of materials, concept and designing, colour scheme & facilities everything is so perfect. It's worth 10 crores.!! Though very costly for me personally but it's worth the price
Yes definitely but then u have to consider that this is a full fledged society with a developed park and other amenities whereas 2km ahead continuous construction would go on. Some or the other plot near urs would always be in construction mode so construction noise will always be there. Plus security and quality of internal roads is also a major difference so this even though expensive is a wholesome package according to me.

However, I feel you have missed out to cover the aspect of Maintenance amount for the Villa which is also an important aspect, at times in these kind of properties Maintenance ranges from 30-50K....which I feel one has to factor prior to purchase...as it is not only the initial price but also the subsequent monthly expenditure which has to be included by the buyers scheme of things before purchase....an insight on the same would have been very useful. It is indeed a very beautiful villa but it does not seem to be built on 8000sq ft area..maybe they are talking about gross area because sealable area definitely does not seem to be 8,000 Sq Ft

Bed rooms are too long in 1st and 2nd floor, lot of effective space is wasted in this design. Could have been utilized in a better way. Walking wardrobes are also just ok quality and not large enough for a master bedroom in a villa which costs more than 10 Cr. Swimming pool would be rarely used as the space and design are too constrain for daily use, good for only as a showpiece. Guest bedroom lacks a built in wardrobe space, also only glass partition for bathroom attached with bedroom is a good concept for master bedroom but not for guest bedroom. Overall location and build quality are excellent put for a design point of view not worth for the asking price.
Construction cost with interior is only about 5-6 crore then land price would be around 3 crore and after that they have to keep their profits and many other expenses are there like club house So Here is your breakdown for price and about showpiece than it is a showpiece for middle class but Normal for high class people and they loved all this things , just think about it , they are not fool to construct it , without knowing what customers love Baki angur khatte h 😂 ye phrase apke liye acha h

Bed rooms are too long in 1st and 2nd floor, lot of effective space is wasted in this design. Could have been utilized in a better way. Walking wardrobes are also just ok quality and not large enough for a master bedroom in a villa which costs more than 10 Cr. Swimming pool would be rarely used as the space and design are too constrain for daily use, good for only as a showpiece. Guest bedroom lacks a built in wardrobe space, also only glass partition for bathroom attached with bedroom is a good concept for master bedroom but not for guest bedroom. Overall location and build quality are excellent put for a design point of view not worth for the asking price.

Construction cost with interior is only about 5-6 crore then land price would be around 3 crore and after that they have to keep their profits and many other expenses are there like club house So Here is your breakdown for price and about showpiece than it is a showpiece for middle class but Normal for high class people and they loved all this things , just think about it , they are not fool to construct it , without knowing what customers love
