The decision to rent or own a home is highly personal and depends on your unique circumstances. Don't blindly follow advice; consider your family's needs and your long-term goals. If you're single and have a home in your hometown, renting might be a suitable option. However, if you're a family person living with parents or a spouse and children, prioritizing your family's comfort and stability should be the primary consideration. God Bless you and your family
The person with great mentality ❤
This guy is making sure he tells his story on every You Tube channel . If you have money , just enjoy a quiet, happy life , why hop from one you tube channel to another.
I disagree buying a house is not an asset, but giving a house on rent is an asset.
You have to calculate opportunity cost
Impressed by his thinking
This man is very motivated i like it
Such a Basic house. Rent are high coz of Pincode.
So honest and humble person
I was onboard with his ideas until he claimed there’s no judgment in Mumbai. That couldn’t be further from the truth-everyone here is constantly passing some form of judgment.
Seems you have never lived in Delhi !
You need new friends and acquaintances!
😂😂 Good to see you while greeting. And has Microphone transmitter fixed in his back. Nice acting 😅
Wow. His attitude bis mind blowing.
One of the best interviews
Ye insaan har youtube channel pe aa gya h😂
Genuineness All I can hear from this Interview
Very clear in his thoughts about why he is renting
Very thoughtful video
I live in a 3000sft 3bhk in Hyderabad and rent is 60k per month. Dont understand why mumbai has such high rents for 1800sft flat!
U need to live in sobo for a few days to know that! No other city, not even other parts of Mumbai are comparable to living in SoBo.
😆 lol
Woah! the bedrooms without curtains have very minimal privacy!
I can see blinds there that goes up and down.
This guy is on almost every channel, looks like he is building up for something
Next Adani.. 😜
Pr
This guy is living a dream lyf
Thanks money thanks God thanks Nature thanks universe
He said "my investment is making so much money that even 20 Lakhs Rent doesnt matter"!!!!
Heading of video is misleading, it should be "3 lac rent per month for a 3 bhk flat at Church gate area"
Very sensible and practical man!!!
Agree with him....I too follow these things....👌👌
Thanks money thanks God thanks Nature thanks universe thanks sip wealth management
I am not sure what this INR 50 crore valuation person portraying as being buying happiness with money is it really happiness he has bought?
It's good being happy with family i respect him for it.
I see his hard work sacrifice in his speaking language tone. May he future get real happiness further in future...
Loved it. what a content. a gem of a channel
Amazing thought Process... Solute Shri. Gajendra Kothari Sir....
Today Vishal was in different mood ,first of all he also find hard to digest that he's net worth 50cr and he's throwing quite of tough questions to tenant unlike to Vishal and that's make this episode bit different. As far as tenant was concern sound sceptical but good luck to him for 100cr worth goal
He most likely has a house somewhere that will be or has been inherited by him.
Just one suggestion vishal, pls reduce the volume of background music.
God level mindset❤❤❤❤❤
I totally admire living in South Mumbai..
I agree with Kothariji completely
exactly my philosophy. great on him
Bro is highly attracted towards materialistic things.. bhai abhi market upar hai jis din gir gya us din khud ka ghar yaad aa jayega
In Year 2004 / 2014 / 2024
On 1st January, Nifty was at 1800 / 6000 / 21000 and
PE ratios were 21 / 18 / 21...means Nifty levels are higher but valuations are stable, not excessive.
Ab bhi 'market upar hai' aisa lag raha hai?
You are a kid i think
@@bhavanathakkar4894 yes once u will see downfall of market at that time u realize what this kid means
@@rajsaraogi if you can think of downfall why not him. He is brains he made the agreement for 5 yrs lock in so he has plans
@@rajsaraogiabey 2010 se 2024 tak market gira nai kya kabhi 😊
Just loved the guy ❤💪🏻
When you are young and working you need to stay somewhere at the heart of the city.
When you retire you move to a quiet place which is well connected but may not be at the heart of the city
Again I agree with him your life is short and you should find a way to enjoy it and not live like pinocchios
What a humble guy.
I liked the tenant
I guess he invested 7.5 crores in a FD at 7% interest, so after tax on the interest he gets 36 lakhs per year, which he uses for the rent. Humble and smart investor.
amazing stuff....live in bay area california...concepts apply here as well
That means he does not have 50 cr by himself ...it belongs to.his family his net worth is around 15cr...these are joint families so net worth is wromg to say 50cr.
