My grandfather had a coal mine and in those days too coal was sold illegally , there were open mines where truck full of coal was sold illegally!!

An extremely energetic and enthusiastic individual. A real treasure of man. It's unfortunate that man of his calibre are not as many as our nation needs.
I am from Singrauli and I can confirm that worker exploitation is big problem due to too much outsourcing. Contractor doesn't pay minimum wages or payment is always irregular. Contractors/Officers take bribe from the workers to give them job and that too the amount is big i.e. around 2 lakhs. My father is leader in BMS and he is involved in resolving the issues but there are many such companies and hence he is able to resolve the issue in 2-3 companies like IBP, RDL etc. In many companies still there are issues and I don't know how this is going to resolved.

One of our good civil servants.no system is 100% perfect but he has done a wonderful job.especially the bidding process where crores were involved has been set right by conditions checks and balances.well done sir.

Ye labour ka exploitation pura bharat me abhi chal reha he jo ki is bat ko ye officer ignore ker reha he kind of....but please apply labour low correctly & strictly because I have the prove.in gujrat where I work a 1000 cr per annum company do fraud things & make their private property openly but for labour no ESI, bonus,earn leave facilities also they manipulate minimum wages structure by HR cheap CTC term so highlights this.if you want prove I will sacrifice my job but provide you the data contact me... comments in my comments please... because when I rise the voice against this the hr threatened me to leave the job.i was scared because they are the big buisness man I saw the chair man with our pm......I think they do Chanda dhanda & slave the labour & run the company by their own rule....
