My fav bi character is Melly from the book "Drum Roll, Please" - it's set in a summer camp and main character falls in love with a girl for the first time. Such a warm and cosy story

You should really try writing essays!! And try to publish them!! Especially on themes like female and male gaze, sexuality, bdsm... We need more female perspectives on those topics🥺

This was very insightful. I think a lot about these things despite being hetero, the male and female gaze, attraction and perspectives of beauty especially, I find it endlessly interesting. Also, keep rocking the curls, it looks great! My hair went from slightly wavy to curly for no particular reason just in time for it to become a trend, trying to accept that everyone thinks I look good in it and believe in it myself.

the big thing that I've learned from you is that being bi is the best way to define and explain love, bc love is not just mere physical attraction or based on gender roles or being feminine or masculine, it's about finding common things in each other and live by that. When I label myself as bi, to me it means that I have developed both my masculine and feminine side so I don't want to be stuck in a relationship and pick one side (being the feminine side or masculine side) and pretend that I haven't developed my masculinity. and I love a bi-sexual male too, bc god damn they are emotionally mature, I saw a few and they are good!
when we skip the gender roles in relationships then we can hit higher levels, being in a relationship for shared joy, morals, beliefs and equally enjoy each other's sexuality!
and sorry for my bad English, it is not my first language

You said that the only other long acting form of birth control would be the implant, but what about the copper coil/IUD? Have you considered trying that instead?

HAHA I have literally said to my straight friends the 'isn't everyone at least a little bit gay though?' thing and have then been confused when they're adamant that they're 100% straight lfsbkvcghv. And yes!! please do a video on the male/female gaze! In the meantime do you have any resources that you recommend to check out on the topic bcs I am now deeply interested in delving into it 👀

I would say watch some movies!!! Literally any of Sciamma’s, pride and prejudice is a* for it too - and for male gaze I’ve used the transformers a lots as a reference and James Bond because of how those films often compartmentalise womens bodies - like once you start seeing it it’s game over like you’ll never unsee it

There's a great older movie called Women Under The Influence that expores the topic of a woman's place in the 1960's directed by John Cassavetes. Also says something about mentail health and how poorly it was handled back then. It's amazing. It is directed by a man, I know but his wife actress Gena Rowlands wanted to act in something that talk about those subjects.

you talking about the female gaze reminded me of the Margaret Atwood quote about internalised male gaze "You are a woman with a man inside watching a woman. You are your own voyeur.”, it's inescapable and terrifying as it's how we've been conditioned. I also literally made my 3rd year essay on the female and male gaze in film and how they're viewed through a post #metoo lens and made my title a Portrait of a Lady on Fire quote as if the essay wasn't sapphic enough to begin with lmao. you mentioning the female gaze just reminded me of that, it's a very interesting topic :)
