Thank you for watching. Our house has an excellent breeze. So from October - May we don't even use the AC at night. During the hotter months we use the AC at night but we never need it during the day. Our sliders being open and the ceiling fans and our house is very cool. And we never get direct sunlight. It is the perfect location.
