How about easy "intro to vegan" meals? I've been interested in trying more plant based meals and would like to see what you come up with. I really like your videos!
@MinaRome I would love to see more soups and one pot meals. For me hot soups/stews are like a warm hug from a loved one that you haven't seen in a while.
The spice Ras el Hanout is an arabic spice , translating it from arabic to english it's" the head of the shop" , and they called it like that, because we have shops which sell seasoning only and the owner is a specialist in that, so he put all his best seasoning in the front of his shop ❤️ this is why it's called like that. And some people, try ras el Hanout of different shops in there region to know which one is the best in seasoning
Some timestamps so you don't have to go through the whole vid: 00:20 = Pumpkin and chocolate chip oatmeal cookies 1:52 = Roasted Chickpea Trail Mix 3:32 = Banana and chocolate chia pudding 4:39 = Unsweetened Applesauce 5:20 = Carrot Noodle Rice Cake Snack 6:25 = Blueberry Green Tea Latte Enjoy!
I would LOVE to see a video with different hot drink recipes, I am always experimenting as well! A drink that I like to make as an alternative to coffee and more of a healthy hot chocolate: -1 cup of chocolate protein non-dairy milk - 1 tbs cacao powder - 1/4 tsp of tumeric, ginger, and cinnamon (pumpkin pie spice works too) - pinch of black pepper - mushroom blend powder (there are so many to choose from) Tastes delicious and gives you a boost of energy.
I tried out the blueberry green tea latte immediately after watching this video and it is completely and utterly delicious! Definitely going to be making this drink very often in the future! Thank you so much for sharing your incredible recipes!!💞
I made the Sweet Potato choc chip oatmeal cookies using peanut butter instead and they were really yummm and the texture was good too. Definently recommend making this ♡
Ur videos are SO comforting and cozy. They're literally... perfect. I can dissolve in them. They're great for fall, for everything and... I just want to say: "Thank you" so so much for what're you doing!
Hi Mina! I’d really love to see another easy dinner/lunch recipes video. I love the other ones that you’ve done, and the recipes in those videos have become my go-to easy meals. :)
wow me too! my uncle has a veggie farm so we went there yesterday and picked out a bunch of carrots... its currently sitting in my living room in a giant pile right now
I also really like the combination of applesauce and vanilla😍 I never tried it with protein powder but I always eat apple sauce with the Alpro vanilla drink and I would really recommend ! it’s sooo yummy 😋💖 I love your videos so much
I mix together applesauce and peanut butter (+ cinnamon or other spices sometimes) as a quick snack - super good and super filling! I usually just mix with a spoon, but if you blend it it's like pudding. I think it's around 2 parts applesauce 1 part peanut butter, I always just eyeball it. Love these ideas, I'm definitely gonna try the pumpkin cookies soon!
Hi Mina! Thank you so much for making these videos! I have really been trying to eat healthier and these videos will definitely help me out. Thank you and I hope you have a wonderful day! :)
@@Mina_Rome Hello Mina, just an idea: what about christmas snacks and breakfast recipe video 😅Btw all of these look recipes look amazing🤩 and yes, I know, It's just october🤣
Ooh those cookies look so good!! And I can't wait to try the green tea blueberry latte! Mina, I don't drink coffee either, could you dedicate a video to cozy non-coffee drinks, please (please make some with tea!). Thank you. Love you lots ❤❤
Definitely going to try the chickpeas. I really love the spicy "normal" peas you can buy. I am so locking forward to those. I bet they would work really well as a topping for a green salad too.
I need to thank you for a tip you gave in another video, of looking for applesauce near baby food in supermarkets. I always thought it was an "exotic" ingredient and now a whole world of recipes has been opened to me. Thank you! 😁 I am not a snacks person, but now I am looking forward to trying a few from this video... just can't decide which one to make first!
So I just made the carrot noodle rice cake one, amd its weirdly really good! It reminded me of salmon lox, so when cooking the carrots I added furikake along with the sesame oil. I also used lentil cakes and drizzled balsamic, really good!
This chanell is awesome, there is so much good vegan meals and snacks. And theyre so easy to make!! This is such an inspiring channel! Thank you for the ideas!!
I definitely want to try the blueberry drink! My blender is not a fancy one so what I do is to leave the little lid (the one in the actual lid) open so the steam can come out and not break the blender! 😊
Your videos are so helpful and simple and they leave a lot of space for experimentation which is awesome!! What do you think about making a video concentrated on some iron-rich meals? Or maybe one with simple recipes that all include grains?
Oh, the cookies seem good! Totally don't have all the ingredients but I have sweet potato and oats and some dark chocolate...I'll manage to make something of it :D
Update: made some cookies! Boiled the sweet potato and a carrot, used some butter and soy milk and used both oats and flour and they turned out great! Thanks for the idea! I love Frankensteining recipes and having stuff turn out tasty haha
I would love some savory recipes about pumpkin currys and soup. Or soups and stews in general. For example "Gerstensuppe". Also what do you think about a chilli con carne in vegan? For sweets. Have you ever tried to make "Nussecken" oder "Kalte Hunde" in vegan? I loved them before I became vegan but now I can not eat them anymore because they are made with eggs and butter (well, butter can be exchanged with magarine but eggs?) Thank you for your weekly videos. They have been very helpful in my vegan journey.
Another snack idea for the lazy pros: sweet potatoe in the oven for ~40min, toast some bread, spread sweet potatoe on bread and add anything you like. I went with salt, pepper and tomatoes but I can see avocado, cucumber, etc. being really tasty too
hi there, i just wanted to say: maybe you could make a video about yourself and your experiences with being vegan and a european vegan etc ? i live for ur videos !! :)
