Fascinating glimpse into Japan's seafood world! 🦀🍣 Love learning about the intricate process behind fish cake, crab stick, and sea grape production. The dedication and craftsmanship are truly impressive.
I had some Sea Grapes on a trip to Okinawa. They were delish! Crunchy pop bubble texture. Salty and delectable. They're like Wakame, the thin seaweed, but the added texture really adds another dimension. They're eaten as is, with a light soy sauce dressing or in a salad. Really nutritious as well.
The music choice is interesting. A Japanese themed how it’s made using old Americana folk music you would hear in some backwoods region or if you went back a couple hundred years. Kinda gives my American mind the sense this is feel good food for Japanese seeing as they’re using feel good American folk tunes.
- Hey Noel Farm 🚜, is it possible to show you guys breaking into the food to see or know what the texture is like? I love the voice overs but I really wish you explained the ingredients in these products as well as showing someone at least cutting the food in half so we can visualize the textures of everything. Much love. ❤
- I love all of your videos. I also love the fact you're doing voice overs. ❤ I wish all of these people used gloves though. I understand they have them wash their hands, but what happens if they have an itch or a booger, than put their hands all over your food. Being clean, then not wearing gloves for certain things kind of defeats the purpose? Correct?. ❤
- I'd love to see that to a certain degree for your country. However, I do not like when machines put people out of work permanently. I would like to see Indonesia get machines that made people's jobs much easier, but only if they didn't lose THEIR job. ❤ #Godbless
- 3:59 uh oh.. someone is going to be in trouble .. the "skilled craftsman" messed up the one all the way to the right. It was missing the pink part. 😮 I won't tell though. I hope his boss doesn't see this video.
- I see that. As well as some aren't wearing gloves. I thought Japan was supposed to be the cleanest, most perfect place in all of Asia? They literally do EVERYTHING to perfection I was told. Oh they also missed the pink part on 3:59 .. They're "skilled craftsman" though? No shade just saying. I hope people aren't offended. I'm no where near perfect, but I am observing. ❤
The video conveniently skips the fact that flour was added into the mixture. Flour is what gives the fish cake the firm texture. And, up to 60-70 % of the mixture could be flour aka carbs! So, if you eat this as “meat” on top of a bowl of noodles, you are eating a dish that’s almost 90% carbs. No wonder you can’t lose weight eating this stuff.
Thanks!
- Wow! You're amazing girl!!! 👏🏽 ❤

I highly recommend everyone to watch this video. I think it will broaden your horizons and knowledge about agriculture and physics.

They're usually translated as Fishcake or Fish-sausage.

Wow very yummy boss😊
I have experience to work in this factory ❤❤
everything you never wanted to know about fish sticks, and were too terrified to ask.
Did they make each and every piece by hand?
Wow cool
I very like video
Fascinante
- 6:50 Noel Farm 🚜, what are they putting in the pink stuff to the left of him? Also, what ingredients are actually IN the pink stuff?
I'm curious too. That's a shade of pink that's not found in nature. It's some kind of artificial food coloring I'm sure.
What is in the pink coating?
- I was also wondering the same thing.
3:26 That looks soooo difficult. I wonder how long it takes to master such skill.
Why they can keep their product longer althrough didn't use preservative?
Can any body answer for me?help me😊thank u so much😊😊😊😊
It is very similar to the process of making paper.

- You're making me hungry. I love ramen. Whether it be the cheap stuff at the store, or real restaurant style ramen.. I love it all.
4:20 some reason I started say Hi-Ya, Hi-Ya.
How much "bycatch" is produced ?
Kanaboko seems like Fish Bread
How do you eat the sea grapes
Wow
woww
it must have been so long that they dont know the reason why its that shape and pink
so the seagrapes is from the sea but from the farm 😂
Море продукты --сила для народа ,их доступность --благо для страны,с картошки и макарошек только не умереть сегодня задача😢😢
