Ichitaroo, Saikoooo! konna sugoi market/restaurant I have never seen!! Everything they do is "Kamiwaza". sales display is an absolute art-form of the highest degree!! I am in love and in awe with this "Ichitaroo" market.

One of my favorite parts is the collar. When I was cleaning fish, I would have people coming up asking to buy the bones, and the heads. but sometimes my clients would want to keep those parts for their own soups and dishes. I just got back from the grocery store, 30 miles from my home. Just to get eel. I will have it tomorrow.
I used to go to this store often. There were so many sushi rolls that even though I knew I would be full, I had no choice but to buy more and take them home.
