Riding Amtrak Crescent 19 from Birmingham AL to Tuscaloosa AL (PART 1 of 2) 3/29/24. *Read Dec*

Me and ​⁠‪@everydayjb9381‬ decided to take a short trip from Birmingham AL to Tuscaloosa AL, this is part 1 of the trip. When we got to Tuscaloosa AL we decided to ride Amtrak Crescent 20 back to Birmingham AL( this will be in part 2) hope you all enjoy part 1 and part 2 will be here soon.

i can remember sitting in the diner having lunch while the train was stopped on the grade crossing blocking traffic while they were picking up passengers at the tuscaloosa station

Tuscaloosa is a small station but at least it’s a short stop.

Nice video I been wanting to do this ride haven't got to yet but done Anniston to Bham a few times. I love how fast it is from Bham to Tuscaloosa on amtrak. Cool recording in my areas lol

Thanks, Yea it do go fast especially between WestEnd and MaCalla, we would’ve made it to Tuscaloosa sooner but you know NS 312 held us up.
