  • Watch our Chef Kimberly and SubZero/Wolf/Cove Chef Molly use the Wolf 54" built-in grill to make Carnitas tacos, Tres Leche pound cake with strawberries, and fresh margaritas - all using grilled pineapple. Plus, they make tortillas from scratch also on the grill using the griddle accessory. They smoke the pork butt for carnitas using mesquite chips and with the pineapple on the rotisserie over the pork blending the flavors of each. All the veggies for the salsa are grilled, too!
