    Season 1 Episode 1
In this video, I use the La Cornue Flamberge Rotisserie, which is a high-end rotisserie that produces amazing results. The La Cornue rotisserie is perfect for cooking all meats, poultry, game, and seafood, as it evenly distributes heat and ensures that the food is cooked to perfection. It is also very easy to use, as you simply need to set the temperature and time, and the rotisserie will do the rest.
However, if you don't have a La Cornue, you can still use my recipes on a budget-friendly barbecue rotisserie with a tray for the vegetables. Just be sure to adjust the cooking time and temperature accordingly. For example, you will need to lower the temperature by about 25 degrees Fahrenheit and increase the cooking time by about 25%. You will also need to adjust the amount of vegetables on the plate, as they will cook more quickly on a barbecue rotisserie.
While you can get great results with a barbecue rotisserie, the La Cornue rotisserie is simply better. It produces more evenly cooked food, and it is much easier to use. If you are serious about cooking rotisserie chicken and vegetables, then the La Cornue rotisserie is the best option.

That looks amazing! I'm trying to design a wood/charcoal based vertical rotisserie for things like kebabs. I'm like you, big passion for cooking. For me it might be hereditary. My mom owned a top catering business, and my dad owned a few restaurants. Ironically, I was too young at the time to appreciate it, like I do now.

I have a Chateau 180 and am considering adding the Flamberge. What is the cleaning process after you use it?

@@JeffNolan throw the platter into dishwasher. Extremely rare for it to splatter out of the platter, but just wipe down with soapy sponge if that happens.

that looks like fun. Does it throw off a lot of heat to the room?

I do love it. Puts some heat out. Especially if you have at high. But not to bad. If you look at my first episode I explain in detail.
