  • A Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove chef demonstrates the Wolf infrared Charbroiler. Powered by a large 16k btu burner and found on Gas Ranges, Dual Fuel Ranges, and Rangetops, this indoor grill brings the heat!
Here, the chef demonstrates a reverse sear technique - cook the steak through to a medium temp in the convection oven first (use the included temperature probe to reach desired temp), then create a crispy crust by placing the steak on the Charbroiler for just a minute or two on each side as the last step. Top with your favorite salad for a nice meal, perfect for any season.

good video demonstration. Now I know if I get one of these, the grate will get all messed up like the out door grill.

How do you clean the charbroiler?

Short answer: take apart and clean, or leave on to burn residue away (can put a sacrificial cookie sheet on top and leave on to help burn away residue faster but will probably warp the cookie sheet due to the high heat).

It is better to cook by temp instead of time. Use the temp probe to get perfect results.
