I would love to see you do a video on ladders and medicine balls combined. But bouncy medicine balls as those are the only kind we have at LA fitness. I'm sure you could come up with some amazing ideas.

I deliver some of these in my classes, the lunge pass under, dead lift and ski swingers and slight variations of these too. Some I knew of and others I just didn't come across before until now and used my imagination. Love using the plate to do curtseys too as well as lunges.
Enough about what little I know. Nice video. Brilliant execution. Always a pleasure to watch.

Those side lunges are crazy! I couldn't do those without a weight.
The side to side are a tough one that require a lot of mobility. I have clients start by holding a TRX and only lowering through the range of motion they can control :-)

The first exercise hardest if the knees don't touch the ground.
Thank you! You know I like a few different variations...not touching down. Sometimes touching down and pausing so you have to push back from a dead stop. All can have their own purpose and challenge!
Came back for lower body day. You make the exercises look easy, meanwhile I look like someone should be calling an ambulance for me. I LOVE your workouts!!! 😊😊😊 Done 💪💪💪.

4:53 My hamstring muscles might be too big, because during contraction I felt discomfort; not from improperly performing the excercise, but from the muscles grouping. I don't know, maybe I need a wider bench.

I’m going to follow the video and do all 21 exercises 20 reps each exercise , 1 set with little rest . Hope I can achieve it :)

You know it's an interesting thought too....So if you think about circuit training...2 circuits...5 rounds of 4 moves in a circuit would in a way be the same volume. And in terms of time....I often do that in under an hour. So would be an interesting experiment. The cool part is so many different things can work in fitness!

These are great leg exercises! How much weight would you recommend for the dumb bells? Could you also do a video with exercises for runner's knee? Thank You for videos. Peace and Blessings!
I would pick a weight that challenges you based on the reps you plan to do. And runner's knee is a great subject! Definitely make sure you check out my foam rolling video and even the glute activation. The glute bridge with squeeze too in my inner thigh video would be great too!
