    Please do more of these full workouts! Even though it’s cool that you have written workouts in list form in your recent videos, I really need to watch and follow what you are doing through a work out. I can’t remember them all from a list. You are super informative, have awesome knowledge and I need the model in front of me as I go. 🙂

    Good video. I have a leg injury that's keeping me from doing much with my lower body. This is looks like a workout I can do to keep my upper body in shape while I recover

    So great to have this workout to follow at any time, but in particular during this time when so many gyms are closed.     For some reason I’m really slow when I do these exercises. I always seem to be about 5 reps behind when your on your last rep. Does speed come with time or do you have any recommendations for improving? And thank you for another epic workout! 💪🏽☺️

    I’ve been doing a weight training class twice a week at the YMCA for nearly 2 years. I’m slim, 67, and I still don’t see a lot of change. My triceps are like bat wings along with collagen break down and embarrassing. I can’t wear sleeveless tops. Any advice? (5’5”, 120 pounds)

      I wouldn't use this workout more than once a week in a progression.

    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

      When you're short on time this is a perfect way to get metabolic and strength benefits ;-) Many of my clients don't have an hour that is needed for a workout like that so I want them to have options.

      @@redefiningstrengthOC I get where you're coming from. My workouts are fairly short and intense. Personally, I just prefer lifting heavier and taking longer rest periods. I'm already lean, so I prefer to work on relative strength. Never been a big fan of training strength endurance. It just doesn't motivate me the same way as lifting heavy. Some of my clients love it though.
