Good video. I have a leg injury that's keeping me from doing much with my lower body. This is looks like a workout I can do to keep my upper body in shape while I recover

I’ve been doing a weight training class twice a week at the YMCA for nearly 2 years. I’m slim, 67, and I still don’t see a lot of change. My triceps are like bat wings along with collagen break down and embarrassing. I can’t wear sleeveless tops. Any advice? (5’5”, 120 pounds)

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
When you're short on time this is a perfect way to get metabolic and strength benefits ;-) Many of my clients don't have an hour that is needed for a workout like that so I want them to have options.
@@redefiningstrengthOC I get where you're coming from. My workouts are fairly short and intense. Personally, I just prefer lifting heavier and taking longer rest periods. I'm already lean, so I prefer to work on relative strength. Never been a big fan of training strength endurance. It just doesn't motivate me the same way as lifting heavy. Some of my clients love it though.
