Eugene Oregon has an interesting community called Opportunity Village and a spin-off called Emerald Village, one is self-sufficient and beautiful. there is a similar type of village in Texas but i forget the name and city.
I was day dreaming about a tiny home village in cache valley not for the homeless but for all the people that would like to own a home and will never be able to buy one with the prices the way they are including rent, most people had a hard time just paying rent alone with one income
I'm sorry - I wanted to watch this soo bad, but the sound was terrible. I put my vulume all the way up, but the guest's audio seemed to keep going in and out, and she has such a lovely soft voice. I had to quit watching after a few minutes...😮
Community involvement is key. All stake holders need to learn how they can accommodate by changing guidelines and mind sets.
