Oh my heart goes out to you. My ex stalked me after I filed for divorce and left him. He blasted me on social media and stalked me to the point I had police involved alot plus restraining orders. Him and his mistress even rounded up my old enemies from my modeling days just to harass me, write slanderous shit about me online, and have alot of people in my small town cuss me out at grocery stores even following me home joking about breaking my knee caps. I'm lucky to have a loving guy in my life now who is patient with me and helping me get through my struggles. I have PTSD, anxiety and depression my 10 years of emotional, physical, verbal, and financial abuse. I avoid looking myself up because I know they write something new and its disgusting how far people go to hurt you or stalk you. You're definitely not alone and I hope this resolves itself quickly. I was a victim of stalking myself, by one “mad shangi” when I was 14 I got involved with a fan base of a guy he hated so he bullied and harassed me, contacted my school, and made a fake tweet saying I wanted to shoot my school, he’s the reason I OD’d on heroine, nobody ever helped me so I faked my death on the internet. To this day he still tries to harass me even though I haven’t spoken to him in 8 months.
It’s hard and unfortunately a lot, keep your mind steady, be cautious and always be with a group of people and all the true fans are with you. Keep following up with the police. Don’t give up on your dream. Also try to change your number, I know it could be hard but a lot of people going through with the same thing that you are going through changed their numbers. Also meet and read about institutes that are specialized in stalking. That is all I can say and if any of the true fans and followers kindly if you find anything to support Foroogh please don’t hesitate.
I think this is giving you an important warning about addressing problems before they become too big. Let me tell you something, whatever you ignore just builds up and returns stronger after a while. I know sometimes dealing with stuff can be draining but if you just run of it little can be done (I'm not talking about the stalker but in general situations). Maybe this person appeared because having somebody with such annoying and sick attitudes would be the only way you wouldn't be able to ignore it. A few years ago (you probably don’t remember me specifically because this probably happens to you all the time) I was tagged in some Instagram challenge that was take a selfie and tag so many girls. I don’t know why I took the picture when I did I had just pulled into a parking spot all my college for an early class I was tired and looked like hell but I still took the picture and posted it. When I was going through girls to tag I did my friends and family first and needed like two more girls to fill the number so for the hell of it I tagged you and after class I saw you commented on it telling me I was pretty and it just made my day! 🥰 long comment but I wanted you to know something that simple really made my day!

But how many times have I had this conversation with a man saying "this is what women deal with and it's not that uncommon" and they blow it off. I had that happen to me too. It can be hard. I agree with you so much, we do not owe anything to anyone unless we singed a contract or agreement where our obligations are described on paper. It can be hard to be a public figure, but the reward is that we meet so many other talented and kind people who are not willing to take advantage but simply support and build us up🤗 You are awesome!
I've also had a stalker, it finally ended (I hope) a couple years ago. Its such a gross thing to deal with, and creepy. Even had a situation where a close friend was giving the person information. Must be a thing with stalker situations... Good luck with the police though, hope they are able to do more now.

I've never had a stalker, but I have met someone a few years ago who became fixated with me to a point where it got a little creepy. All I had to do was move to another city (nearby) and I didn't see him with. Even that was unsettling. I am really sorry you had to go through this with such a screwed up individual.
3+ yrs of this...that’s terrifying. I’m sorry to hear that you are going through this. I can sort of relate, I’ve had an experience that went on for a yr with a stalker. I met him when I was single and tried online dating for the first time. Never again. He was nice enough, but by the second date turned full-fledged psycho. I had to move and change my phone number because it got so ridiculous and scary.

These things are real and they do happen, I myself have somewhat of a "big" following on Instagram and I've been hearing alot of things like this happening and it made me realize I need to be more aware of these types of situations & comments on public profiles ect. I feel like I should leave something positive here: I know first hand you do care about your fans. A few years ago (you probably don’t remember me specifically because this probably happens to you all the time) I was tagged in some Instagram challenge that was take a selfie and tag so many girls. I don’t know why I took the picture when I did I had just pulled into a parking spot all my college for an early class I was tired and looked like hell but I still took the picture and posted it. When I was going through girls to tag I did my friends and family first and needed like two more girls to fill the number so for the hell of it I tagged you and after class I saw you commented on it telling me I was pretty and it just made my day! 🥰 long comment but I wanted you to know something that simple really made my day!

I'm so sorry that you had to go through this, but thank you for sharing. I think a lot of women who have been harassed or stalked don't want to talk about it because it makes them uncomfortable. But how many times have I had this conversation with a man saying "this is what women deal with and it's not that uncommon" and they blow it off. I feel the more of us that speak out and say that this behavior is happening and we won't stand for it, the more others will start to listen. I had that happen to me too. It can be hard. I agree with you so much, we do not owe anything to anyone unless we singed a contract or agreement where our obligations are described on paper. It can be hard to be a public figure, but the reward is that we meet so many other talented and kind people who are not willing to take advantage but simply support and build us up🤗 You are awesome!

I've also had a stalker, it finally ended (I hope) a couple years ago. Its such a gross thing to deal with, and creepy. Even had a situation where a close friend was giving the person information. Must be a thing with stalker situations... Good luck with the police though, hope they are able to do more now.

Oh I am so sorry you have to deal with that BS, love. You are right, you shouldn't have to, no one should have to. Unfortunately, it is a cold reality of the world. I hope that after this video you at least feel less lonely. You are taking the right steps in how to deal with it but at this point I would take any form of contact with either of those people as a red-flag rather than just ignoring it. Don't you just love how talking about an emotional subject, or even just thinking about it can make you fatigued...? I was fatigued just to hear it all, but what's an empath to do? Yay humans! I've never had a stalker, but I have met someone a few years ago who became fixated with me to a point where it got a little creepy. All I had to do was move to another city (nearby) and I didn't see him with. Even that was unsettling. I am really sorry you had to go through this with such a screwed up individual.

I can sort of relate, I’ve had an experience that went on for a yr with a stalker. I met him when I was single and tried online dating for the first time. Never again. He was nice enough, but by the second date turned full-fledged psycho. I had to move and change my phone number because it got so ridiculous and scary.
Of course you are an important person. Especially someone like you needs to show people your black side if it's necessary. I wish woman would be protectet better, but the only self protection is being authentic. You did. Ask about BTS Betrayal Trauma Syndrome and see if it sounds like some stress you've been having. Hopefully you'll be ok...man this sucks.

This have hurt our friendship and I wished her all the best. This obsession has some similarities to stalking ( I think ). This sicko fell in love with you. I was stalked before for a week.. yeah the guy was gay and he wanted me but I not gay so I said no.. he wasn’t having that so he stalked me for a week... I met up with him to talk to him about it.. he continued to tell me he love me that he won’t stop until I be with him.. I told him I only love women.. and he got mad push me.. I kicked his ass and walked it dry.. after that the stalker stopped stalking me..

If this person waited 3 yrs & said what he would do to you I believe he would of did something to you by now.. don't let words frighten you...
