  • In this video we are attempting to embroider on a cap using our Ricoma EM-1010. From start to finish this is my first attempt to embroider on a cap using this machine. I show you the entire process to help you get familiar with the machine and its buttons as well as how to set it up. You will also watch the machine do the entire embroidery with not edits to see how it does on our very first attempt. Lets see how this goes.

      Change your mind set. You will afford it if you any it. You don’t want it. Nothing wrong with not wanting one. If you wanted it you would work towards that goal and get it. There is nothing that you want that you can’t have. We breath the same air. You can do anything or get anything I can. Just gotta go after it.

      It’s real. I been there. Not understanding how I could get certain things. Just work towards it. It’s really that simple. It’s not a clear path but if you work towards what you want the universe presents opportunity. That’s the only way I can explain it.

      @@ellelatorre2893 I’m only telling the truth from my experience. You are most welcome. We all need a little encouragement from time to time. You as well as others encourage me so much so It’s only right I do the same. But I’m only stating facts. You really can do anything you want. All you gotta do is try. Obstacles move out of your way when they see you’re not stopping.

      Thank you. Yes digitizing has a huge learning curve. When I fist started I would digitize the same file 5-6 times just to see how things turn out when I do certain things in the software. I’m glad I played around with the software a lot . It taught me a lot. Now I can digitize in 3 different softwares. Each have different looking interfaces and the buttons are located in different areas but ultimately are based on the same rules. Pretty cool stuff man.

    Great video thanks. My question I have is that every time i try to go Lower on hat towards brim the needle always breaks because it hits hoop on back side. Do I need to set my needle pressure at another number if so what is that setting?

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  Год назад

      The needle breaks because the material is thinker as it gets closer to the brim. The machine can not penetrate thicker material. You have to work within the machine’s threshold. If you need to pe at rate thicker areas it might be time for you to upgrade to a multi needle machine.

      .pes is a file type used for brothers embroidery machines.
      All embroidery programs to the best of my knowledge are able to export different file types for all the various manufacturers. This machine uses .dst files. .dst is one of the most common file types for commercial embroidery machines.
