When I was younger I always thought that the Ultimus crew’s design was yeah from the campaign but the fact that each of the models in the campaign died (assuming you saved Roebuck in the last American mission) and that after they died, they were transported to an alternate reality with the zombies instead of going to the afterlife
not sure if anyone will see this but, in my opinion for zombies to be rescued, they have to use characters like resnov and make a story based on the campaign but with zombies, yeah you can argue it’s the same as bo1 etc but adding characters people already know and love would change it completely, making the hud normal, making the mechanics the same as bo3 and below, i genuinely think saves the whole community and zombies experience completely, anyone agree?

The red eyes personally to me I always thought was like a being in control of the zombies in there own realm/dimension so the red eyes on mob is Brutus in control, rev is shadow man and in the comic says that after they left blood of the dead they went to gk through the pocket in the sky so it’s probably Brutus sending his force after them for stealing the blood vials. i thought it was confirmed by now that the red eyes for zombies means they’re under control of the shadowman (aka the devil aka lucifer aka satan). and isnt it also proven canon that the shadowman corrupted and possessed the warden because the warden ‘made a deal with the devil’… so on mob/blood, gk, and revelations its all the shadowman pulling the strings behind the scenes controlling the zombies, not the warden. i suppose the warden could be controlling them on mob/blood but in the case of those 2 maps i would think of it more ‘by proxy’, like the warden being the manager of the zombies on alcatraz, the ‘manager of the trap’ laid and set for richtofen for lack of a better words because thats his end of the deal he made with devil (shadowman), and the shadowman is still the ceo boss big man in charge so to speak lol.
