I love Alaska Airlines! Easily in my top 3. The customer service is always amazing. I live in BUF and they don't fly here (yet). So I'll do the hassle of self connecting to them rather than fly on one ticket with the big 3 because I love them!

I've flown into YVR a few times, a good route from Europe get so see Greenland and the approach if from the Land side after going over the Rockies is pretty cool too, My regret when I was that close didn't visit the Boeing Factory.
Wish it was still on the Q400 if I'm being honest haha. I love the E175, don't get me wrong. It's the best RJ for sure, but the Q400 just was so much more fun to fly on.

So, what happened was YVR was playing copyright protected music so I usually go in and just replace that with generic airport sounds from some other video, but... On this particular day they also had a live band playing near my gate, so I just recorded that for a few minutes and used that instead 😂.

Vancouver slightly less to live than Toronto. But still, normal people cannot afford the cost of living. I spy the Seattle Space Needle !!
Yes, this was part of my trip to Yellowknife and as much as I love my Converse, they were not going to be appropriate footwear for -20-40F temps haha. So, I my hiking books and insulated boots on this trip instead. It's one of the few times I've filmed flights without my go to kicks haha. And that was a Korean Air 777 in the SkyTeam livery.
Left, always left. Left side is going to give you stunning views of Oahu, Honolulu, Waikiki and Dimond Head. The right side is going to give you views of water haha.

They are pretty great. There's a reason why I used Alaska to maintain my Oneworld Sapphire status and not American haha.

I’ve been to Vancouver before it’s a cool place
Definitely a fun place to visit. My brother actually lives there, so I try to get up there a couple times a year.
