Cherie Fabile Yes! Just make sure to not over bake it. You can try half of the recipe first if you are not sure this is a big recipe I always recommend to cut the recipe in half.
36-40 depending on how big or small you want. I used the regular cupcake scoop and I was able to make almost 40. You can freeze the dough as well which is what I actually did.

Use same amount of butter to oil. Melt the butter first. Use same amount of Ube powder. If you don’t have Ube powder and only have extract you can just double the amount of the Ube extract instead.

Adjust mo yung baking soda and baking powder you can cut it up to half use 1/2 tblspn of baking powder and 1/2 tspn of baking soda. Add a bit more sugar if you’re not using any ube jam. For the recipe you can add 1/4 sugar or 2 Tblspn depending on how sweet you want it. Xoxo
Nicole yes just add 2 more Tblspn of Ube jam. You might need to add purple food coloring if you are not using the extract because the extract has food color in it already.
Juanita Ortilla freezer for up to 2 months. You can already portion into round shape and freeze it that way. When you are ready to bake just take it out of the freezer a day before and let it thaw in the refrigerated
