I drew out the plans and have to make modifications as I build. Most changes have been money saving improvements. The first thing to consider is the water-in and sewer-out plans. Keep all the plumbing on the same wall will save a lot of money. I hope this is what you were asking?
I checked with everyone in the area on their construction. These are very well built and the price saved me $3000 over a Graceland. I was able to get a discounted cash price. It is a shame but a easy mistake. I just wish the delivery guys would have checked the contract details before pulling it 7 hours.
If you want something done right, do it yourself. If you have the skills to do the build out to make a tiny house out of it, why not just start from scratch and build what you want?
My building is smaller, more like 12x20, but the same color and has a loft which is a lifesaver! 16x40 is a house so it ought to work out well for yall. Is it a Cook Building?
Apparently someone cannot READ. Well, someone will get a great deal on a toy storage building. I wouldn't even call that a house. I have seen barns with more in them.

It is unseasonably hot now. Heat index was 103 yesterday. Your are right it will be really hot and we are in a old horse pasture and not a tree.

What about Bald Eagle Barns in Cave City. They have a 16 by 40 also and I've seen them actually turned into a small houses also.
