  • Had my shed/shop delivered. Give me some more room for my knife making and other hobbies. One of the back wheels dropped in a hole causing the mule to tear off part of the front. nice.

    I was impressed with the guy that delivered mine. our driveway is a mess after the rain we've had and he was able to keep it controlled and even when he pulled it down the hill into our backyard was flawless.

    I've delivered in some pretty soft yards, even sand; sometimes things just happen. All the companies I know would fix the building without question. However, fixing the yard!?! If you held out payment for them to fix your yard, you are not a customer with whom I would like to do business.

      There was a hole where i removed the fence for them to get in. I showed it to them and they said no problem. Guy that repaired it said they keep him busy tearing them up.

    All that room should have just back the barn in there with the hauler. Sometimes haulers rely too much on a mule. They are responsible for fixing barn but not the yard. Customer must assume some responsibility for having a 6k lbs barn delivered instead of built on site, your gonna have a few ruts, not the haulers problem.

    • @Joshua79C
      @Joshua79C 6 лет назад

      Considering mules only have 5k pound capacity of lift, doubt this shed was 6k, but still Flotation tires are only so food through yards with such ruts, the company that manufactures the mules is no offering a tracked version with 10k upgrade

    • @LifewithJoshandSarah
      @LifewithJoshandSarah 2 года назад

      That heavy shed on a trailer would have left bad tracks in the yard plus he couldn't have got it to where he needed to go, all he needed to do was avoid hitting that hole..

    • @Darkdemonoflite

      Lol I have to agree about the yard being uneven, uneven not shitty. I don't think land should be called bad names, it's all we have. I also want to comment on the mule operators judgement. I think a walk-through should have been done. If I saw that I would have refused delivery or made someone sign a disclaimer if I felt it would cause damage that Imay have to fix, which is not what I'm here for. I'm glad it got fixed tho!!!

    • @briangillespie4160

      I'm on your side, if operator thought yard was a problem he shouldn't attempted it.

    He seemed to drop that thing really quick and move it quick and reckless at the beginning. Otherwise that is such a fucking beautiful shed and you are lucky!! Were you overall satifisied with their service? and was their fix like it never happened or was it a cob job and you noticeable afterword?? congrats.

    Did they fix it? There has to be some kind of disclaimer when delivering these buildings. No one can predict what the ground will be like. Never know where an old septic tank is.

    Common sense
    Hauler responsable for the building ONLY. Not the yard! That’s just a homeowner without common sense.
    Common sense ain’t so common these days.

    • @MrPiper199
      @MrPiper199  4 года назад +3

      Read the description. they dropped the wheel in the hole from pulling the fence post so it would fit. Showed them the hole and even let them know they were heading right for it. Buy the way i didnt ask or expect them to fix my yard. Common sense would have told you to read before commenting.

    • @MrPiper199

      Fence post was removed for delivery. Showed them the hole they knew it was there and said it would be fine. Yes i know my yard. lol

      That is an important detail, and now I understand that you must have been frustrated . And thanks to your video, we can know that fence post holes matter and we will ignore the dunce who says otherwise. I want to move a shed soon. Thank you for the video. I will be checking the goat grave and my snake pit.

    After the wheel sunk, it was clear that ground had a big soft mulchy spot in the yard. I could see them fixing the shed, fixing the lawn that was already crap is a joke and makes you a not so nice, entitled person. Karma may find you.
