    Increasing protein as a possible measure to decrease nausea is really difficult when the smell, texture, and look of meat makes you nauseated 😞. Obviously protein can come from other sources like legumes BUT when sick to the stomach, spending time cooking in the kitchen is the last thing someone wants to do. 🥴 I ended up drinking some protein shakes (not the weight-lifter kind) because it was just too difficult to figure out what I could handle and needed quick nutrients 🙈

    I vomitted for the whole 9 months time starting from the 5th week, i had to use those zofran pills to stop nausea which are normally used by chemo patients. I think i am in the hormon group people, because i was always nausea when i was using certain birth control pills even had to stop using some because i was vomitting. But gluten intolerance could be relevant too. Because after the birth i had to make a diet which is gluten free with the advice of my doctor due to my many digestive problems. You are so on point doctor, thanks for the whole channel of yours❤🎉
