    Luckily I have some resistance band kit .
    How much pound resistance would be as idle to start ?
    10 lb / 15lb / higher ? Please suggest

      Start with very light resistance for these exercises. Then progress gradually, we have the pink bands that work great as a next step up from our lightest resistance. Most other brands increase the resistance by too much for an easy progression. We do have kits that are priced very well.
