I have one of these machines and I push the Auto button, it runs for 2 hours on 40 degrees, you then leave it for 15 minutes to let it cool down a bit and a presto it is complete. This is what
my instructions say. I think this is fantastic the larger pieces I put into my pressure pot. It can be used for larger pieces with the lid off. I have used the pyramids to hold the lid higher.

Great and honest review. I wish I'd watched it before buying my machine. Exactly the same problems. I can't use it now for my projects

Years ago a girl here on YT used a heating pad to speed up her resin curing. Why not do a series. Like a toaster oven, a food dehydrator when the summer comes, see what the sun will do!
Edit: the woman who used the heating pad was doing pendants and charms.

As far as I can see, it’s three layers of trays there. If the manufacturers were smart, they would have built it differently. It was really a terrible machine in my opinion. A cardboard box and a hairdryer would be more effective.

Hi, love your videos! I was very interested in watching this video because I was going to buy one. I ended up purchasing a cheap dehydrator (oven type with adjustable shelves and a door) in Australia and its a game changer and works wonderfully!!! I run it at 40 degrees for 4 hours when making coasters. I also check after 30 minutes for bubbles, etc.

My on off button never worked. Sometimes it cures sometimes it doesn't. Used the same resin on all my pours. I wouldn't pay 79.00 for it. Got it on sale, 40.00 off. Too much trouble to send back.

I feel like this machine is no different than a food dehydrator? If so, the food version I have is pretty much the same and much less cost wise.. Just curious of your opinion if they are the same, for others as well.... I have a food dehydrator that I no longer use for food.. I would say if you were to use for resin, that it shouldn't be used for food again.

Honestly I’ve never used a dehydrator before so I wouldn’t be able to say. But a few people have said that

    Hello
Your video is very helpful 🙏
I would like to know if any ratio of epoxy like 100/35
or 100/ 60 can be cured in the machine or only equal psrts epoxy works
    thanks

It seems too much hassle to keep checking. I’d rather let it sit overnight.

if u were just going one on its own with the flowers like u are.when it is like harder but a bit stickey can u still add the second coat? as it wont fall into the first or have to wait till its really hard?

I'm wondering if the trays can be turned over for taller pieces like your bangles. I was also wondering if a UV grow light, like for plants, would essentially work the same?

    • @sherivegasartist
      @sherivegasartist  2 года назад +1

I think the uv lights only work on uv resin. 😊
