Followed this video almost step-by-step. I own an '08 Z so there are several more steps in order to remove the gauge cluster. If you use an add-a-fuse, I highly suggest using the open slot next to the 15amp Cigarette Lighter fuse (Powered when vehicle is "On"). Also, make sure the overlay is completely flat and center. After putting everything back together, I realized the center hole was off by a tiny bit, less than 1 millimeter. My RPM needle was incredibly choppy and overall just looked ugly as it struggled to move, along with my Speedo meter getting stuck at 35mph. It can seem completely lined up, but make sure NO PART of the needle is touching the overlay, including the tiny piece that hangs off the rear end of the needle (And yes, I made sure they rotated with no resistance before putting everything back together). I ended up having to take it apart about 3 times to adjust the adhesive by cutting under it with a razor blade and pulling on the overlay. Overall, just take your time and the turnout will look amazing
Pretty sure they sell the 07-08 gauges separately on the website, maybe there's slight differences in the gauge clusters?
it’s an additional 53.99$ for the Oil pressure, voltage, etc gauges. coming to about 123.99$ all together.
Jc still not bad. The end result is pretty sick, I rather pay that than the couple of hundreds price that some custom makers charge for kinda the same job

Kylethebat if you’re looking for something for a G there’s a guy on Facebook that sends full clusters in whatever color you want, it’s a bit pricey but from my understanding it’s plug and play

and easier way to apply the sticky is to just pull the backing off a little bit and then once you get it into place you can use the little bit that you pulled off to pull it all the way off and it might also help to slice the backing in half so you can pull off one half at a time
this is super helpful because I need to fix the odometer trip buttons that aren't working anymore but I also might pick up these gauge overlays thanks dude

Just finished these up today! Wiring with the add a fuse was very easy. You said 3amp or else it wouldn’t work, but I used a 5amp and put it near the bottom row of fuses in between the two blue ones in case you don’t have a 3amp and only the 5. It works perfectly and really wasn’t hard to do! Thanks for the tutorial!

Its super easy bro, the guy did it the easiest way posible just an add a fuse on red wire and find a ground for black and your good to go

Just installed this cool mod and I messed up big time. The super flat wire got crushed and was cut in half by the steering wheel housing so the far left gauge does not light. For everyone doing this mod, be careful when putting the housing cuz the wires might get damaged. Don't make the same mistake i did!

Definitely sold it for me, problem is I'm in Canada... cars actually from the states and is all in mph... but emailed them to see if they'd do kph... if not I'm still sold.... been dealin with mph up to this point.... great video man... I was gonna get dude to do all the wire with blackcat custom shit... would have cost me legit 6 times the amount and have to send my cluster to Florida or some shit.... so this vid sold it for me... thanks bro

I was ready to make the purchase and install until I found out the price wasn't actually $69. It's a little misleading to put that price in the comments when it's really $124 if you want to do both sets of gauges. I do appreciate the detailed vid, it will be handy for anyone installing them.
I just got a 350z and don’t get me wrong the orange on black doesn’t look that bad but it would look better with those gauge clusters and as I was watching the process of doing it I just feel like it’s too much work :(

Go pro stuff is great, however the go pro mic isn't. Use a separate mic and it's perfect.

I love mine however my first set that came with the black box cant remeber what is really called but it went out so they sent me another one and my lights were never bright like my first one. They are a lot more dimmer. In which I dont care for now like the first time such a brilliant blue
