All I have to say is I think anyone that makes thru hiking look so fun and easy (which I know it’s not!) and also can go camping by themselves while 8 months pregnant is not going to have a problem raising a child. You are so independent and tough you remind me of my own mother, and she is a GREAT Mom! So excited for y’all and the many adventures coming your way! ❤
Enjoy the quiet while you can 😂. Some things I was told and did myself. On the day the baby is born, have someone buy you a newspaper for that day so you can keep. Also look around the house before you leave for the hospital as it will never be the same again. In a good way. ❤️. Happy trails.🤘🏻🥾⛰️
I think you really needed that time to yourself, Taylor. Being one with nature and the Circle of Life as you say good-bye to the previous you and change your focus to the new you (with child). It’s going to be a whole new world. Going camping solo was the perfect destination for your spiritual transition at this time. P.S. Ya know, while I was watching this vid, I felt such an enormous sense of pride for you, all you’ve accomplished, and who you are. All of your followers are really proud of you. Thanks for taking us along on your journey. You are making a huge difference. 🙏🌲🥾🎒🔆🤎
Wishing you and Chet and baby Nahamsha all health, happiness, and love ❤️. Yes, things will change, but you are strong, smart, and have a wonderful heart. You have an amazing support system, use them, and don't be shy to ask for help. But most of you enjoy it all. There's nothing like holding your baby and watching them thrive. The camping trip was a success, because you did it!!!
Missing that notch! Live in NC now and just had our baby 2 weeks ago, named him Lincoln after that wonderful little area… thanks for the “visit” to one of my favorite little spots. Good luck with the little one… it’s pure magic!
You are WAY tougher than me. I camped in a tent at 3 mo pregnant, and found it very uncomfortable, even then. Great job! I'm so happy for you and your husband to start a family. Lucky child!
Well done camping at 8 months. We were just in Great Smokey Mountains NP and saw one mom with a 7 week old and another mom with a 6 week old. The babies don’t care but we were super impressed with these new moms out so soon. Good luck to you!!
This was great. Once the little one arrives, keep at it! We did small hikes and camped in the back yard once the babies arrived. It's a great way to start them off with camping!
Good to get out, isn't it? You're about to become a first-time mom and your life will change dramatically - it will never, ever, never be the same again. All the best to you, the family and the new arrival. Be well, stay safe. 🥾
Cool video NH - well done. Glad you were able to get out and relax in the camping world for a little bit. Good luck with the baby and looking forward to your next adventures being a mom. Happy Mothers Day, be well out there.
happy mother's day Taylor. Gauge here, we crossed path on the AT a couple times, you are an awesome hiker and I always enjoy your videos. Solo camping pregnant is quite confident!
Continued blessings Taylor.I did alot of hiking, camping, backpacking when my kids were little. Those memories are cherished.Mamy blessings on your new adventure, you will be a great mom.
I love the twinkle lights. I bought the Big Agnes MTN Glo lights this year for my tent and other “campy” situations. Sending positive vibes to you and your family.
You have the cutest waddle at the end walking back to the car. Looking forward to the Trail Days report...hope the weather radar was lying...looked wet on the Saturday...the Sunday should be great! (Writing this Saturday late day)
Happy Mother's Day, Taylor. This last moth is tiring , but oh so much fun. Enjoy it! I had two girls and you are about to enter a real fun part of your life.
Hey there, it’s so cool to watch your hiking videos and I’ve learned a lot. My wife and I have a vacation home in Moultonboro that we 3:00 use every October. Can you tell me where your store is, so we can check it out. Be safe and healthy, and congratulations on your pregnancy.
My daughter and I stayed in the same camp ground in 2018 for a 3 day dad and daughter trip. I woke up to bathroom on cold early April night and we heard bear searching around at the ranger station. I woke My daughter to a beautiful and starry night which we will always remember! Best of luck with your baby, as I am sure you will make a wonderful mother!
What?!? Now that's true adventure! I thought I was really being adventurous hiking in the Grand Canyon when I was 6 months pregnant. But I think you have that beat!
So happy you got this trip in Taylor! As someone who camps at Lafayette regularly, I had to laugh a little at the "peace and tranquility" comment - the tractor trailers' jake brakes bellowing through the Notch is a constant wake up call in the middle of the night!! Also - love the "awesome mom" shirts in the shop - wish I knew about these when I was helping my kids find Mother's Day gifts - next year I'll be more on it! Happy Mother's Day btw!
Those cans are a great idea for LMNT .... I'd say you were crazy to try that camping trip, but I can see the pull of the Whites has it's grip on your soul. Just think, in a couple of years you will be telling your child how Mommy went to Lafayette campgrounds when you were 8 months old... wishing you all the best !
Happy Mothers Day Taylor!! Nice to see you were able to get the overnight camp trip in. As you'r aware, much will change after baby is here. With 10 grandaughters and 8 great grandkids I'm excited along with others for your first! The outro sleeping (lack-lol) is so true! My 2nd Appalachian Trail-Opoly arrived midweek (1st is a gift to my hiking buddy for her B-day), so ready for game night.
Yes your life is about to change big time, but I'm so glad to see you going out. When my oldest was born, we were car campers. I set the supplies out on the sofa. when I got home from work, the weather was pouring and I thought that we should not go. But there was my sweet little daughter sitting on the sofa with her arms resting on the sleeping bags. My wife asked me, "Are you going to tell her that we are not going?" That answer was no, and we went and had a great time. The rain let up enough to pack the car. It poured all the way to the campsite. It stopped to set up the tent and then rained all night. In the morning it was wet but not raining. we had a blast. May your child love camping from the get go.
Since I am absent minded, for years now I've always had a pre-made list of all the items I need when I go away in order to try and lessen the chance I forget something.
Yeah, I’ve been wanting to go to that Trail Days, but it isn’t going to happen this year. I know people who do the Florida Trail Booth. Best wishes with the baby! I’m sure your Mom can watch the baby if you really need to get out.
Great to see you Taylor. With all of your normal life things you are involved in you will have a very easy birth. I never stopped doing all of my normal things, camping, hunting, yard work etc and had a very easy 1st delivery. So keep it up.
I have an alcohol stove water and rain coat and a bunch of other stuff in my car . Pack a bag off useful stuff so you have some things to get you out off situations that may arise . :)
Have you been "nesting" a lot, visiting a bunch of baby stores? I think my wife was in baby-related shops multiple times a week before our younger daughter was born.
Interesting that LMNT has premixed drink with sparkling water. I tried to add the mix to unflavored sparkling water, and it was like dropping Mentos in Diet Coke. 🚀
I'm pretty sure that baby's name is going to be LMNT lol, I'm just jealous they stopped selling in Internationally. BTW. You never seen the Blair Witch Project right? Well I did, and I quit camping for 5 years 😅
i’m an old man myself now, but when I was a young man, I had an older fellow. Tell me that if a woman was pregnant, she would carry a little girl high and little boys were carried low and through my years have found that to be very true, you’re gonna have a little girl. ❤

Happy Mother's Day, Taylor! I wouldn't be surprised if your baby arrives as an LMNT addict and starts hiking right out of the delivery room! 👶
Dude for sure. Natural flavors

Taylor, you are a great role model for hikers and will no doubt be a wonderful mom!!!!

Looks like a great day to camp...beautiful weather and no bugs or people.
You never cease to amaze me!! Happy Mothers Day!!
I feel the same way about being in my tent 😅 glad you could get out - things do change, in good ways mostly. You are going to be such a great Mom!

My kind of hiking,100yards. Great to see you out there. Congratulations and continue your healthy pregnancy. 👍👍👍
Happy Mothers Day!!!! 🥾🥾⛰️ perfect little getaway for the mama to be 🩷💙
Yeah, I’ve been wanting to go to that Trail Days, but it isn’t going to happen this year. I know people who do the Florida Trail Booth. Best wishes with the baby!

Happy Mother’s Day!!!
Just go lightweight glamming. Happy Mother's Day to you if a little early and congratulations on your new arrival.
You did good. Thank you for sharing.
That’s awesome ! Happy Mother Day!
Nice little trip. Bit of a bummer about the stove but at least you backed it up with Mickie D's!
Happy Mothers Day Taylor
Your so brave to camp alone! Its one of my biggest fears!
The grapefruit LMNT tastes like a salty Fresca. Enjoy Trail Days and your new adventure.
I Just got those at my door too…haven’t tried them yet
Congratulations on the pregnancy
Have you been "nesting" a lot, visiting a bunch of baby stores? I think my wife was in baby-related shops multiple times a week before our younger daughter was born.
Not really! I've been trying to wait until after my baby shower to start buying things for baby 😊 but they definitely have a few cute outfits already
Happy Mother’s day! I’m planning my 1st solo hike and very nervous about it.
Anyone but ‘Q’!
The sheer number of times I visit the bathroom at night during the end of pregnancy makes you a hero!!!!
Happy Mothers Day!
Are you bringing LMNT to trail days to sell?Seems like it would sell well.
Yes! I packed some to bring
The puzzle for that Jetboil is so frustrating 😂
Love your videos Taylor! I’ve learned a lot from you. I’m getting a new backpack next week. What model and size Hyperlte pack do you use?
Thanks! It's an Unbound 40 :)
You are the absolute best Taylah!!!
Charlie or Kenzie for sole survivor. Happy Mother's Day. Maybe literally. 😊
Get it, girl! You are so special and so awesome!
I hope you’ll have a beautiful birth experience!! You’re one strong lady!! You can do it!!
Interesting that LMNT has premixed drink with sparkling water. I tried to add the mix to unflavored sparkling water, and it was like dropping Mentos in Diet Coke. 🚀
Nice, Happy Mothers day
Love this solo trip! Forget who I want to win Survivor, just STOP going home without playing your idol😂
I work in Manchester and I was talking to a guest who said that hiker from nh that did the at and I said Taylor. You’re famous
Don't know about that area but food in the car in the smokies could get you a car ripped to shreds. Seen it many times.
I've seen those videos from the Smokys. I haven't heard of that happening here tho
rock a bridge hammock for a good sleep!
I'm not sure when you are that pregnant you can really call it "alone" 😘👶 Happy Mothers Day!
Maria for the win!🎉
I love how your backpack looks pregnant at 3:10.
I have to say this is the craziest thing I have seen.
Was it that light at 5:30?!
Dude... I missed some videos, didn't know you were pregnant! 😂
An ad for McDonald's and LMNT encased in a video about a woman camping in a parking lot near mountains for less than 12 hours.
Thanks for watching!
Give us your Survivor pick for this season!
I'm pretty sure that baby's name is going to be LMNT lol, I'm just jealous they stopped selling in Internationally.
BTW. You never seen the Blair Witch Project right? Well I did, and I quit camping for 5 years 😅
Not quite alone.
Happy early Mother’s Day. Brain farts just happen when you are expecting
Kenzey!!!!
Camping while 7 months pregnant was OK - too many pee breaks in the night. Hubby got fed up and just told me to take the dog instead. Hah
i can picture yu hiking with your baby on your back this summer 😊❤
Ciao, from Italy😇
How do you manage with eating and drinking all that salt while pregnant? Any OB would frown on that. Be safe.
You are amazing!
It's all about plugging product.
My money is on Maria to win Survivor this season! Although Charlie is pretty smart and may lead the charge to vote her out.
mine is charlie
Just noticed your buff. It’s a survivor buff.
Appalachia. A punch of snuff for discomfort. Then bite through the umbilical cord.
Congratulations! McDonald’s for the win.
i want charlie to win thus season on survivor or q
You aren't alone, because life begins at conception
