Introduction: 1. You can start at any time, just do a little bit more than you do right now / 2. Work out to feel good, you do not need to beat yourself up. / 3. Work out and diet from a place of love for yourself, because you deserve it /4. It's more effective to work out a little bit (10-15 minutes) every day instead of 2 or 3 times a week
I have been setting my alarm at 4:30am every single day Mon-Fri and working out for 30-45 mins for five years now! It has made me very fit! Of course, your body does pleatuau without lifting heavier, etc. I do it all at home with dumbells from youtube. I squat with 45+ dumbells though! I even work out on Sun, so really just take one rest day. I find my body even craves exercise now when I don't work out!
It's silly to complain about the length or format of this video. There are shorts for people who suffer from attention deficits and a whole sm called TikTok. I'm on this channel because I prefer longer format to unwind before sleep and I love what this dude said in the 1st 15 minutes or what people are complaining is rambling. The title is click-baity though.
Great content. Could you please use timestamps and sections to make it easier to follow and listen..Life is already overwhelming and too much content otherwise. Thanks
Thanks for the video but agree with the others. I follow from transcription the subjects I like the listen to or jump other ones. Thanks for the podcast, another important health issue is in it. I wish he mentioned clean 🫨collagen powder & impacts on the woman's body.
I had to unsubscribe to this channel, unfortunately the same videos are posted and reposted over and over. Really a waste of my time. I'd be ok with it if it was clearly noted whether it's an actual new video or not
Strange comment about vitamin b for vegans - broccoli, kale leafy dark greens and legumes and beans are easy basis for a vegan diet and rich in vitamin b
I am running around all day, or driving 20 minutes to and from work. The fewer times I have to sit here and find the next thing I'm listening to the better. Here I'll save you an hour, either double your protein and cut carbs in half, cut out ultra processed food, or go whole foods keto. There you have a starting point. No idea if this was their recommendations or not but there ya go im gonna start listening to this EP now.

This guy is new to me and i found this very unique and helpful
Sal has some great principles for sure.
I love my mind pump! I’m on the third week of phase 2 iMaps 15. It’s perfect for me to run to the gym during lunch and bang it out.
My job is physical enough. I get 30 minute lunch, if I do anything it'd be a post work sauna.

If your viewers are manually writing down + sharing time stamps with other viewers because you “can’t be bothered”-then you’re doing it wrong 😢
Time stamps
Cool interview sir. Andre

He’s here in the Bay Area??😊
Does the guy in the black shirt have a social media?
mind pump
I really wish people would stop using the word calories. We are not a bomb calorimeter
Someone summary please 😊
Why two hours? 20 minutes please
That has never been the style of this channel. Find a different one
An hour or two is best
@@jakemelinkofind a diff one? Stop talking little boy 😂
19 minutes… next video
for the love of god, someone post the answer. 2 hours 20 ffs
Hard workouts do not meen u hate yourself lmao every human is different some people like hard workouts cause they like hard workouts
U don't like yourself😅
Someone summarize please 😂
He’s speaking of everything you aren’t doing right . Go listen
Knowing Sal pretty well, it's most likely mild reverse dieting prioritizing protein combined with concerted strength training.
I HATE when they put up and hour+ video…..who wants to sit and listen to ramble before GETTING TO THE POINT??
@sherburck dude it's called a podcast listen to it in the background while you do other shit like errands or work
Usually you can find shorts or segments. Having said that, not always.

There is a chat gpt stuff to summarize these... same sentiments I have no time to listen for 2hrs when someon could summarize it
I found it quite absorbing and helpful
Fast for a week straight, get 8 hours of sleep and 8 hours of cardio per day=fastest way to lose weight in 1 week
Why would one want to do that lol?
@@installinggames5135 just saying that's the fastest way to lose the most in 1 week. If you don't die
Would probably work if you lived through it.
Would work heavy construction be considered doing 8 hrs of cardio? Asking for a friend
