In this video I'll show you how to correctly troubleshoot and repair a printer that shows you a paper jam error, specifically I'll show you an HP LaserJet Pro M130fw that was showing a "Paper Jam Tray 1" error.

PD: I have an Oki printer C332 and y have problems withe the Magenta toner, printer indicates "Magenta toner empty" but is new and y change variuos toner. Advise?
