No paper, cleaned the pickup roller because i found something online that mentioend it could be the problem, opened up everything i could without the aid of a screwdriver and nothing's working, reset multiple times and unplugged from the wall to force a system reset. Anyone know what i should try next?
Hi. I followed your guide, but when I turned my printer up to look for the jam in the underside (there was no jam in the back), there was nothing there- no paper jam. I have unplugged the printer, let it sit, replugged it but nothing works. I am so Bummed!! Do you have any other suggestions, please? Thank you.

The printer recognizes this but if I want to print from it it shows the same error… tray 1 and 2 function flawlessly though just the new tray not.. I checked everywhere but nothing…. Also tried a new tray but the same again… Any ideas?
Bilal, you are my hero. Spent half an hour on the phone with HP support today and they had no idea how to get my paper out - said they'd send a technician. What a joke as I live in a rural area... Mine had done exactly what yours did as I had put in some paper that had already been printed on one side. I think the paper was too old and stuck together. I can't believe how easy you made it to fix. Thank you very much.

change the paper input settings in printer settings.

With this printer, we are experiencing paper jams when attempting to print two-sided. What part needs to be replaced?
