3 years after release of video, this reset option still works great. Thank you. Great background music as well.

Never ever had to remove the whole pickup assembly, the pickup rollers yes, and that is easy ... fuser re-build / replacement, scanner flex cable, transfer belt, but never the whole feed assembly ... what makes that necessary ?? true the ones I've repaired are all below 200K. Seems like an awful lot of work ....... but never had to do that !! ~~~~ Wow ! - fascinating none-the-less !! Good video !!

just got my 2nd M454DN brand new and both have been broken, "load paper" error(s) and "tray lifing". HP needs to figure this out, junk

i have a repetitive noises with my printer (m452). i thought it was the fuser problem. using service manual i took it away and greased the internal bit deep inside the fuser. boy it took hours but i did it. now the noise didn't go away so i am puzzled about what to do.

+SensitiveMeatball Remove the toner and close the door. The machine will do a pre start cycle.Should the noise be gone the toner cartridge might not turn easily.Should the noise still be heard even without the toner then the fault can be on the drive gears and even on the fuser unit.Hope this helps. If without the toner everything works smoothly, it means you will have to replace the toner
