Empire Off Road sells this same grille, I installed one on my 2023 Tacoma SR and I have not had any issues with the TSS sensor. I think the key is when you install the garnish you have to make sure the two pins are fully seated. The two slip lock washers that secure the garnish on the two pins I found if you take a pair of needle nose pliers and bend each tab slightly upwards it makes it easier to fully seat the slip lock washers. One thing I did not like was the letter "Y" only used one screw so I put a couple of drops of DAP Rapid Fuse all purpose adhesive where the plastic piece runs through the letter "Y".

It should, I’m not aware of any changes made to the front end on the 23 3rd gens.

No issues from splicing into the DRL hot wire since? Haven’t shorted anything?

None whatsoever, I did use the solder seal heat shrink connectors to give it a water tight seal. I also ended up putting two diodes in the circuit to keep the DRL’s and raptor lights on at night. I may do a how to video just on that.

Did you have any trouble with the TSS sensor? Did it work ok without any errors or did you have to change the angle with washers. Thanks, enjoyed video.

I just bolted it up without adding shims and have had zero issues!

Cruise control doesn't work now, is that plate blocking the sensor??

May need to add some shimming washers to adjust the angle of the sensor. If you hold the cruise control button down and it controls off of speed then it sounds like your issue is between the tss sensor angle, tss pigtail or the sensor itself.
