No, not at all. The 4 runner seat are almost in the same location as a stock Landcruiser seat. The stock 4 runner seats brackets are more forward than the Landcruiser seats. In order to mount then into the Landcruiser you have to make custom floor brackets to move the seat mounts back… which inturn puts the 4Runner we seat in the proper/near stock location. (If that makes sense?)

Mike does the new bracket interfere with back seat folding down. I use my cruiser as a truck a lot and have the back seat folded down most times.
