On this channel we like to do a lot of dogfighting most videos are some sort of dogfight between 2 different aircraft as we explore their different capabilities. From time to time I like to dabble in Virtual Reality, I think VR is a great new technology and I love to show that stuff off for the channel from time to time.

I think clearly the Outhouse had the advantage in this fight. However, GS's skill is just superior and allowed him to win with the A-10.

That is a command vehicle due to the variety of antenna. Because there is an outhouse for that command vehicle, that implies it is some high level officer there who is "too good" to use a poop trench. The higher the level of officer, the more "entitled" they are to an outhouse instead of a trench. So hopefully it was at least a major or colonel in the outhouse or vehicle when the JDAM came down.

Don't forget he dropped a second JDAM on top of the two tanks in the fortified spot, so he lightened up the load by 4k pounds easily.

Eliminating the enemy bathrooms no doubt gave our troops a major tactical advantage since the enemy troops now had to hold it in instead of relieving themselves. Well done!

What they don't tell you is that the little exhaust pipe that comes out the top of the outhouse is actually for launching Stinger missiles.

This just made me wonder if there's a secret compilation of GS successfully finishing a mission just to trip face first into the landing.

It turns out that both A-10s and outhouses can essentially run on fumes...
Using a $40,000 Laser guided bomb to take out a $500 Porta-Potty makes perfect government sense.
Since the A-10 is a low and slow support aircraft, the wings are a 'higher lift aspect,' than other jet aircraft.
So that 'glide,' to the runway was possible. But you were more lucky on the distance from the airport.
Having the altitude was a bonus!
I think the biggest amount of drag on the airframe, were the engines. Twin big honking turbofans, windmilling in the slipstream!

I'd love to see a sort of mini series where you do scenarios showcasing what each aircarft was made for (air superiority, ground, multirole etc) with perfect conditions (maybe include some unexpected conditions as well). The A-10 has the largest wings relative to it's size of any fighter currently in the US arsenal with very low wing loading, and this guy says "It doesn't strike me as a glider". While technically true, it's going to glide quite well considering. Better than other fighters would anyways.

15 minutes flight time, 1 A-10 Warthog: ~$4,750 (Assuming $19,000/hr)

The bathroom is a serious fighter not to be underestimated. It is a formidable rate fighter only second to the F-16. In the one circle fight, it is even deadlier with its HMCS and DAS in combination with HOBS FOX2s. And don't forget its split throttle potential during world known maneuvers like the double 720° reversed fallen leaf.
GS luckily survived this fight.
